lol Herrschaft the only one who has exploded here is you & that is def one of the worst responses I've ever read from you. I for one have always pretty much believed that Albanians are an Illyrian tribe but there are some major questions that are raised regarding that. I don't understand how everyone was Romanised up to Romania but only the Albanians managed to hold out. I don't understand how Albanian has such little borrowing from Greek. I don't understand how Albania is covered in so many slavic toponyms and yet there is hardly a trace of slavs remaining there. I don't understand how slavic history has earlier and more comprehensive documentation then Albanian yet Albanians have been there longer. I haven't heard any decent responses to these questions from Albanians.

Montenegrins do not come out very strong. On the contrary, tt would be a joke to think a person like me (erudite, well cultured, intricate) to have something in common with you (blue-collar, ignorant, lonely, a simple minded laborer dying to be something he is not). Montenegrins are tough motherfuckers you don't mess with. Got that shiptar? Easy for you to hide behind the computer. Let's see you say something like that to any of our faces. By the way what makes you well cultured & intricate? And what's wrong blue collar laborers? Just because someone is a blue collar laborer doesn't mean they're uneducated & stupid. A lot of those people make more money than you. You're an idiot for saying stupid things like that. What makes you so "high class"? You're a joke. What's with that turk looking dude on your avatar? That's definitely not European. Looks total arab or turk.

Servants of everyone from medieval Serbia to Byzantines to Ottomans and a state that by default exists (due to Ottomans vacating and axis creating them as a state). Servants even to to mighty Italians (LOL) 'manage' to hold out with their language up to middle ages (while remaining illiterate until 19 century en masse) while being squeezed between ancient Hellas and Rome in antiquity. Fairy tales. Now for ottoman wonnabe balkan dogs something that they might understand (must have been done countless time by ottomans to ancestors) PS: Sad thing is that illiterate me can manage all by myself against the hordes of knowledge (or contradiction or knowledge of contradiction and thus stupidity). If a insect could only understand a difference between booksmart and intelligent (like a comparison where he basically says that that all of his ancestors and relatives have to be ivy league educated otherwise they are not related just try not going over 100 years ago as they very easily was no educated person, not one, in whatever hellhole backwater you originated from).

Aadmin you stated that NW catholic albs were montenegrins because Zeta was catholic. So wait up...You do realize catholic albs werent limited to just that area ? Basically every albanian from Kosova to below Tirana (the Gegs) were catholic. Most of them became muslim 300 years ago (after 1690's turko wars). Were all of these other catholic albanians (outside of NW) montenegrin also ? LoL
Also, what would your reason be for montenegrins embracing orthodoxy and albanians firmly remaining catholic. If we were montenegrins, why wouldnt we have converted with the rest of montenegrins ? Hmm...

LOL, AAdmin got quite desperate up there ... I bet he wakes up at nights after having nightmares of his parents disclosing his siptar origins ;D I dont blame him though .. he is Bjelopavlic, who according to tradition descend from Mirdita, a purely Albanian territory ... Bjelopavlici are closely related to Gashi, one of the biggest Albanian clans. Montenegrins are like our slightly retarded cousins even so, I have to thank you guys for recognizing Kosova

Montenegro's temporarely more successful economy (thats changing very fast) is due to the Yugoslav system which included many elements of a market economy and didnt impose the Hoxhist-system of isolation and extreme planned economy. Evident by the fact thay Slovenia even has surpassed you boylovers (Greece) ... despite that you're one of EU's oldest members ... gotta sting, no? All this doesnt negate the fact that the Montenegrins are still a bunch of inbreds ... the success of Yugoslavia isnt owed to them. Their country has little potential beyond the tourist sector and this is already becoming evident in a time of crisis like this. As for history, please, dont try to lecture me. As to how "independently" the Montenegrins fought is made evident by the fact that when they tried to capture Ulqin (Ulcinj) which was defended b 6,000 Albanians under Isuf Sokoli, they needed the help of several Turkish battalions and a combined international fleet of 20 Russian, British and French ships to sieze the harbour town. Their partition in the Balkan Wars isnt anymore complimenting either ... we can go into that in detail if you want. Whatever honour the Montenegrins enjoyed before, I believe their choice of backstabbing mother Serbia shows their worth and value ... for materialistic benefits, they object their own Serbian identity, hide under a new umbrella to avoid affiliation with war crimes of the Yugoslav wars and claim a new hollow and artificial identity in order to substantiate or try to substantiate the above.

In order to talk that way about others economies you must have achieved a level.... and Albania is one of the two three poorest countries in Europe, competing with Moldova in the "Less developed country" title... don't start talking about Kosovo's one... with the unemployed citizens...in a percentage that can make a party and be the majority in the parliament... ...how much is it? 40-50%? And Slovevia is still behind, even if it a country of 2.000.000 people, much easier to get fixed... and still 6-7 times smaller, speaking about GDP... And about " boylovers"...come on...ore albo...go sing your songs... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albanian_pederasty And Albos are not in position to talk about how Montenegrins fought and resisted to Turks...

I think I pretty much explained myself above, so no need to repeat .. not to mention that the list of Europe's poorest is on for a modification... but you on the other hand have little excuse for being EU's essentially poorest member despite such an early membership. Small country or not, Greece was a member of EU since the early '80s while Slovenia was a republic in a communist federation... there is no excuse. Highduke's homemade article again? I see I hit a soft spot for you to make references to Oriental traditions .. face it, when it comes to homosexuality, you guys are the ones irrevocably associated with it, doing it "the Greek way" is smth permanently branded onto you internationally ... even the word pederasty is Greek from now on, you're Mr Boylover ;D I wasnt talking about them fighting Turks ... I was talking of how they captured Ulqin, the harbour town, with the help of Turks! After having been soundly defeated twice near Plav and Guci (Gusinje) by Albanian forces and once at Helm by Albanian Catholic highlanders, the Montenegrins with a blessing from the Great Powers and the Sultan, decided to take Ulqin ... a volunteer force of 6,000 men under the command of Isuf Sokoli was given the task of protecting the town. The Montenegrins having tasted defeat, cried out to the Great Powers and demanded that they be given the territories "entitled" to them ... even though Ulqin was and is a chiefly Albanian town. Dervish pasha marched against the town which was also forced from the sea by an International fleet as mentioned earlier ... finally, it was the Turks who took the town and handed it to the "brave" and "invincible" Crnogorci ...

Firstly instead of resorting to ad hominem attacks on Albanians Malaka, you should counteract the arguments instead.
Secondly that article has been disproven a few times. It actually took me 5 minutes to look at one of the sources to see it was misquoted. It was probably published by Highdyke himself.
Thirdly, the unemployment is not nearly 40-50%. You have to realize that Albania has a cash economy and much of the earnings are not reported to the government. I'm not saying Albania is any utopia, because it is far from it, ut for a country that has been ruled by one of the harshest communist governments in Europe for over 50 years and was on the brink of a complete civil war in 97', Albania is doing fairly well. We have ourselves to blame for these incidents, but we will survive.

He knows all that, logic .. he is just too embarassed to admit it. To admit first and all his homosexual legacy which is proverbial ("do it the Greek way" is synonymous to buttfvcking) .. and secondly that Greece is currently in a shytpoor position despite having been spoiled by lenient Western European policy. For them there is no excuse whatsoever.
Is that the best you could come up with?

Donnie dropped his modesty mask and revealed his true Alvaniki mentality... and if something like that happened 2500 years ago and condemned Albos did it at least 5-6 generations back... come on... you can' t speak about economy...and Greece is a strong economy in order to have long standing big problems... crisis is on the schedule.... and if you don't like Greece's economy you can come and take all the alvanous and move them to Slovenia...

The practice was one introduced by the Ottomans ... Greece was part of the Ottoman empire too, no? And it was veery limited, mostly in urban centres among the most Ottomanized elements ... you, however, are a different story ... homosexual practice and encouragement was smth that sprung up frm Greek culture itself, the words are Greek, it was praised by Greeks and after such a long time, you still havent been able to shake this epithet off Where you're heading, who knows ...

Here is more evidence of the Albanian origins of some Montenegrins. This past year when I was in Malesia, I went to Korita to see the Miss Bjeshka contest in early August (August 3rd I believe). In this contest unmarried women dress in Xhubleta (the national dress of women from the mountains of Northern Albania) and there are multiple titles awarded, and this year to everyone's surprise 2 Montenegrin girls were contestants, and one of them won the award for the nicest looking Xhublet. Here is the link: www.malesia.org/index.php?news=3497Look at the names of 2 of the 7 finalists listed: Sanja Savkoviq, Milica Paviqeviq You can also look at pictures at that link. When asked why they were competing they told everyone that they went through some old family heirlooms in their old homes in the villages and found the Xhubleta. Now I don't know of any reason why Montenegrins should have Xhubleta in their old family homes unless there were Albanians living there because as far as I know, Slavic people never wore Xhubleta. If I'm wrong on this, someone please correct me. Anyway, I don't care what Admin declares himself or any Montenegrin for that matter. It doesn't matter to my life, I will continue to be Albanian and proud. It just ticks me off that at every opportunity he rips on us, when in all likelihood he shares a common Albanian origin with us. It's like us Malsors say: "If you piss in the wind, the all you do is piss all over yourself."

Topic: Catholicism in northern AlbaniaDioclea and later Zeta (both Catholic) control all of northern Albania for centuries (map show from 800s AD to 1400s AD, exception being 1300s AD when Serbia controlled them) as it can be seen in bellow maps. Europe in Year 800 (Dioclea controls northern Albania) (Skadar is their capital) www.euratlas.net/history/europe/800/index.htmlEurope in Year 900 (Dioclea controls northern Albania) (Skadar is their capital) www.euratlas.net/history/europe/900/index.htmlEurope in Year 1000 (Dioclea controls northern Albania) (Skadar is their capital) www.euratlas.net/history/europe/1000/index.htmlEurope in Year 1100 (Zeta controls northern Albania) (Skadar is their capital) www.euratlas.net/history/europe/1100/index.htmlEurope in Year 1200 (Zeta controls northern Albania) (Skadar is their capital) www.euratlas.net/history/europe/1200/index.htmlEurope in Year 1300 (orthodox Rascia, later Serbia, controls northern Albania and Zeta) (Skadar is their capital) www.euratlas.net/history/europe/1300/index.htmlEurope in Year 1400 (Zeta controls northern Albania) (Skadar is their capital) www.euratlas.net/history/europe/1400/index.htmlAs you go further in these maps Montenegro (next name for that state after Zeta which in itself was a name after Dioclea) remains independent from Ottomans centuries later to come while Albanians are nowhere to be seen on these maps. ------- Topic: Skadar as historically a Montenegrin citySome albanian tribes mentioned all the way later. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shkodra#Middle_Agesen.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shkodra#15th_to_19th_centuries-------- Topic: Montenegrins as orthodoxZeta is taken by Rascia (Serbia) and many people were converted to new religion. Rascia already controlled northern parts of what is not Montenegro from the early start and Zeta would have been the southern regions plus northern Albania. -------- Topic: Greece is poorEasy answer is cause it and all of Balkans remained dormant under Ottomans who made the region backwards while before that Byzantines were the most advanced part of the world as well as the wealthiest. It was the crusading dogs that back stabbed Byzantines causing them to significantly weaken to the point they became easy pray for Ottomans. Balkans is still recovering from Balkans. --------- Topic: Albania is poorIt is still poorer then Montenegro even though Montenegro was under a devastating and crippling war economy and embargo for years. Speaks for itself. --------- Topic: Montenegrins take Skadar in 1WWMontenegrin even manage to take Skadar in ww1 but are forced to give it back by the big powers to the new state of Albania (first time in history Albanians have their own state). en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shkodra#20th_century-------- Topic: Montenegrin surnames and albanophonesThat does not mean that those girls are not albanophones since I new people even with the last name of or Perovic from Ulcinj region who were Albanians while names clearly were not. Clearly example of Montenegrins who have been albanized. ------- Topic: Reading booksI try not to read books that way I can be more on par with who I am up against here. Fair is fair. And like someone said who needs books when you have wikipedia which is more then sufficient for what is done here.

Aadmin, Yeah no shyt northern albania was under slavic rule for hundreds of years. That proves nothing. The ottomans conquered albania for 500 yrs also, does that mean we are Turks ?
You still havent answered my question, if northern albanians were montenegrins why wouldnt we have converted to orthodox from catholicism like the rest of montenegro ? It makes no sense that a portion of the pop would hold out and the rest would embrace it. Sounds illogical. Its much more plausible that the reverse was the case, that montenegrins were illyro-albanians who got slavicized and changed their religion.
As far as Shkoder goes, if it was this great montenegrin city lol why is there no one there that speaks serbian ? Theres a tiny suburb village of maybe a thousand that does, other then that zero. Its ironic that you claim so much of albania is montenegrin but no one speaks serbian there, yet in ex-yugo land so many speak albanian. Shouldnt the reverse be the case if your claim was true ?
