Why didnt the settlers adapt to the Aboriginals? Toskali... most propably... the most inteligent comment you have ever done in Illyria forums the last 4 years. I'm shocked!! Finally you're not a retard like everybody else believes so. There is a hope for you... I fully agree with your comment. See that as a Medal of Honor ;D

>Why didnt the settlers adapt to the Aboriginals?
Because the settlers didn't want to undo 48,000 years of history so they decided to live using modern tools and not revert back to the Mesolithic period.

France moves closer to banning full Muslim veil www.hurriyetdailynews.com/n.php?n=france-moves-closer-to-banning-full-muslim-veil-2010-01-22I love the French...I should increase their rankings on the other thread just for this.. Muslim headscarves, full-body, face-covering robes may soon be banned in France, home to an estimated 5 million Muslims, the largest such population in western Europe. President Nicolas Sarkozy has opened the door to a possible ban in June telling that burqa or niqabs ‘is not welcome’ in France

no no no chakeldon
You cannot ban the wearing of that. Because that is against freedom.
Some say,the burqa is a symbol of women being subjugated like that.
Whatever. If your going to ban a clothing for what it symbolizes, than your moralizing.

If a child is born in a slave family and is raised to be a slave all their life then child will think it is normal to be that way and will be too araid to question the rules or ask help from 'outsiders'.
