It is found in letter to Chilandar from 1302, in letter to St.Petka/Paraskeva near Skopje (1300), declaration to the Catholic population at the island of Mlet, in the epistle to Dubrovnikers from 1302,.The sam expression is found in the epistle by Archbishop Sava III (1309-1318).In the "Life" by "old man Isaiah" the title "Sevastocrator of all Serbian land and Danubian and Littoral and Albanian" is used.The 1308ement between King Milutin and Karl de Valois contains the title "Hurosius, dei gratia Dalmacie, Croacie, Dyoclie, Servie, ac Rassie rex et dominus totius Maritime Regionis".The Statute of the city of Kotor calls Milutin: "dominus noster excelentissimus rex Rassie, dioclie, Albanie, Croatie et Chelmie atque totius Maritime Regionis".Venetian state manual for entitling foreign rurels contained an article about Milutin which conatined the following rule for entitlement: Urosius, rex Servia, Melinie, Chelmie, Dioclicie, Albanie et Maritime regions.
The inscription from the Church in St. Nagoricane (Kumanovo) calls Milutin "King of the Serbian land and Littoral (area).The same title is founded in the Gracanica and Studenicani monasteries
