Yes they are macedonian, I know a guy from that place, they are Muslim (torbesh) and many want to include this area as a Minority zone... I dont have a problem with it...

they do seem to be fully integrated, you couldn't tell them apart quite honestly, i saw a documentary a while back, they were interviewing some of them and it was eye opening for me really i didn't even know there was a bulgarian minority, they said they live alaongside albs and never had any beef, they have the same lifestyle and values it seemed, even the weddings looked very similiar, i have no problems with them being recognized as a minority, they seemed like very decent people

"Gollobardasët" jane cobenj, they are vlach not "Macedonians". there are not enought "Macedonians" or Bulgarians in Korca or around its villages to recgonzie them as some significant minority. and im not religious or anything, but the rest of Albania is Muslim lets not try to force Islam in Korca too especialy by means of fake nationality Muslims. we cant recognize every minority under the sun and in fact we dont because if you talk to anyone from Korca you'll get a different view especially if you ask them what ethnicity their grandparents were, chances are they wont say "Macedonian" or Bulgarian

I dont know if Libofshe is talking about the same documenttary I watched about them but their language is Bulgarian (please cut that nonsense with the 'macedonian' language) and their songs are typical Bulgarian folklore. True, I have never heard some of them but the lyrics give no room for mistakes.

They are of Bulgarian origin. I've seen them in Albania, and their language is Bulgarian.

It seems I watched a different one. Anyway, if you guys treat them in the same way as you have done so far, it would be nice. I didn't hear a single word against Albania. Hopefully, you will allow their culture and traditions flourish.

^^that map is total bulls**t. anyoen can go on wiki and change things around. my dad has relatives from the green area and none of them are "Macedonian" in fact im pretty sure hed laugh his ass off if he saw this. and i dont know why the circle around Korca is green and pink wahts the singifincae of taht if u dont mind sharing??? this is just propaganda thers like 2 Bulgarians maybe in one of Korca's deserted villages, the green just represents the grass tahts cause we keep our streets clean son lol.

Ik ore pirdhu andej shiko katundin tend 1 Bulgarian and a half doesnt equal "majority" i leave this forum only to have to come back because Albanians are spreading propaganda about Korca... whiel ur at it, go find another map with all the colors of the rainbow to represent all teh peopel in the Korca-Pogradeci regions with Cham and Greek ancestors...karagjioz i just noticed Bilishti is green too....ahahahahaha....pure comedy, just worry about the Macedonian majority in your village bro there is a vlach minority in those regions and vlachs have Romanian/Latin origins. the rest are Albanians.

i don't think the area is big enough to be declared a minority area, especially since its alb dominated and we're only talking a handfull of tiny villages here, the point is that they should feel free to practise thier heritage
