I have just remembered one, Ruska Salata (Russian Salad). I don't actually know if it's Russian but it's served in Macedonia and it tastes great. Yes, it is Russian Salad. In this case, looks like chicken was substituted with ham. There is also apples, beans and potatoes. All of this is mixed with creme, yogurt and mayo. They should also have: I was introduced to Kefir in Russian and I love it. i always hated this kind of salads... maybe it has indeed to do with ancestry...

Any one else realize that half these foods are really Turkish food. All this stuff is great. Since I am from Macedonia, I will show you the best food Ohrid has to offer:

Some of them Macedonian-only, some of them international (but in our way)..... And we eat them all First Musaka......... I like it.... I will tell my mum to make it for tomorrows lunch My favorite.
