Don't make sits for the opposition...in a modern democracy an opposition isn't needed in the parliament.

This Gesture is thousands of words LOL... few can understand it though... One good think about you guys is the spirit of protest..You protest almost about everything...That spirit was killed in Albania in 1997 And we have primitive clowns like Berisha leading now because people don't care any more about politics. I is sad but is the truth I hope the things will change ...

Greeks have the spare time and money to protest. Most Albanians are still worrying about basic survival.

Greeks have the spare time and money to protest. Most Albanians are still worrying about basic survival. we were always protesting...even under the nazi occupation... in the same spot btw : "Urban protest One of the most important forms of resistance were the mass protest movements. The first such event occurred during the national anniversary of 25 March 1942, when students attempted to lay a wreath at the Monument of the Unknown Soldier. This resulted in clashes with mounted Carabinieri, and marked the awakening of the spirit of Resistance amongst the wider urban population. Soon after, from 12–14 April, the "TTT" (Telecommunications & Postal) workers began a strike in Athens, which spread throughout the country. Initially, the strikers' demands were financial, but it quickly assumed a political aspect, as the strike was encouraged by EAM's labour union organization, EEAM. Finally, the strike ended on April 21, with the full capitulation of the collaborationist government to the strikers' demands, including the immediate release of arrested strike leaders.[10] In early 1943, rumours spread of a planned mobilization of the labour force by the occupation authorities, with the intent of sending them to work in Germany. The first reactions began amongst students on 7 February, but soon grew in scope and volume. Throughout February, successive strikes and demonstrations paralyzed Athens, culminating in a massive rally on the 24th. The tense climate was amply displayed at the funeral of Greece's national poet, Kostis Palamas, on 28 February, which turned into an anti-Axis demonstration.[11]"en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greek_ResistanceToski...if you don't protest when you worry about your basic survival and you basic rights and demands when do you protest? when you are rich and have solved all your issues? Greeks tend to protest and react... Politicians don't understand other messages except the vibration of an angry and dissapointed people on the streets... One vote every 4 years is ok only on papers.

No, when your an educated middle class member who is having troubles, especially in a large urban environment. That is the calling card for revolt or revolution, such as the American Revolution or French Revolution or German revolution during WWI's end. For Albanians there is no state structure historically, they usually revolted when the state tried to come into their world. Hence the revolts during Zogs reign. Albanians historically dont care who "rules" in the greater sense. Enver Hoxha changed that and today there is a general level of pessimism in Albania and overall weakness in the country. If you go to Kosova they have protests all the time. It is assumed that the government is corrupt and weak. That all forms of central govt will be so. Albania doesnt yet have a middle class, like most ex-communist countries. Its developing it slowly.
Also, the economy in the country is improving, whether the govt is corrupt or not. So the people dont feel a reason to raise too big a voice so long as things are in fact getting better.

Toski...if you don't protest when you worry about your basic survival and you basic rights and demands when do you protest? when you are rich and have solved all your issues? Greeks tend to protest and react... Politicians don't understand other messages except the vibration of an angry and dissapointed people on the streets... One vote every 4 years is ok only on papers. Protesting is nice if you want to feel good about "participating" in democracy but the albanian people know that when faced with the basic challenges in life the best thing to do is to take charge and take care of yourself and your family. In that sense, protesting is nothing more than asking for a handout, asking for the government to give up its powers and privileges for your benefit, and the way governments handle this is by approbation of the mob, by throwing you a bone, and the people are too easily satisfied with bread and circuses, with the crumbs that fall off the master's table. Politicians know this, they understand this too well, that's why they still and forever rule and the peons serve. But at least we can feel good about waving a flag, chanting our slogans and throwing up the hand signs, it really helps with democracy and our self esteem.
