Minoritarëve u hiqet pensioni nga Greqia
Qeveria greke ka vendosur të heqë pensionet që u jep minoritarëve grekë të Shqipërisë, duke nisur nga data 1 nëntor e këtij viti. Me anë të një vendimi të OGA-s, instituti përkatës grek i sigurimeve shoqërore, që mbulon të punësuarit në bujqësi dhe minoritarët grekë të Shqipërisë, prej datës 1 nëntor, pension do të marrin vetëm ata minoritarë, të cilët kanë banimin e përhershëm në Greqi.
Në këtë mënyrë, pensionet për minoritarët grekë nuk janë dhënë për këtë muaj dhe qeveria “Papandreu” ka deklaruar se do të jepen vetëm për ata që jetojnë në shtetin fqinj. Deri më tani, pensionet tërhiqeshin në Greqi nga persona të afërm të minoritarëve, të cilët paraqiteshin pranë OGA-së me prokurë për të tërhequr paratë e pensionit, që shkonte diku te 300 euro në muaj për person.
Ndryshimet përcaktojnë që tashmë asnjë prokurë nuk mund të përdoret për të tërhequr pensionin. Kështu, minoritarët grekë në Shqipëri duhet të paraqiten vetë personalisht në zyrat e OGA-së në Athinë për të marrë pensionin. Por, në bazë të rregullave të reja, ata duhet të paraqesin edhe dokumente që vërtetojnë banimin e tyre të përhershëm në vendin fqinj. Këto dokumente mungojnë për një pjesë të mirë të minoritarëve grekë në Shqipëri.
Për më tepër, të gjithë ata të cilët përfitojnë këtë lloj pensioni, por që banojnë në Shqipëri, do të duhej të shkonin çdo fillim muaji në Greqi për të tërhequr pensionin e tyre. Kjo do të sillte një shpenzim në të ardhurat e tyre personale, çka do ta bënte të pajustifikueshme marrjen e pensionit nga qeveria greke. Në këtë mënyrë, drejtuesit e OGA-së kanë deklaruar se bëhet e pamundur marrja e pensionit nga persona që nuk jetojnë në Greqi.
Sipas rregullave të reja, nëse pensioni nuk tërhiqet brenda 10 ditëve nga fillimi i muajit, atëherë ai nulifikohet, çka do të thotë se minoritarët grekë të Shqipërisë do të humbasin mundësinë e marrjes së pensionit nëse nuk shkojnë çdo muaj në zyrat e OGA-së, gjithnjë të shoqëruar me dokumente zyrtare që vërtetojnë se ata janë banorë të përhershëm të shtetit grek dhe se nuk banojnë në Shqipëri.
Pensioni i shumëpërfolur i minoritarëve grekë në Shqipëri, në fakt, merrej prej vitesh, që nga fillimi i demokracisë nga të gjithë ata persona të cilët mbanin statusin e “homogjenit” ose me pak fjalë, që deklaroheshin grekë, minoritarë në Shqipëri, edhe pse mund të ishin, në fakt, me kombësi shqiptare ose me origjinë vllahe.
Duket se kriza ekonomike që ka pllakosur prej dy vjetësh shtetin fqinj, e për më tepër masat e reja ekonomike që kanë kërkuar Fondi Monetar Ndërkombëtar, vendet e Bashkimit Evropian, e kryesisht Gjermania, që është edhe financuesi kryesor i borxheve greke, e kanë detyruar qeverinë e Athinës që të heqë nga lista e pensionistëve ata minoritarë grekë që jetojnë në Shqipëri, duke mbyllur nga ana tjetër edhe një debat të hapur prej kohësh në Shqipëri.
Prej këtij muaji, çdo pensionist grek, me shtetësi shqiptare dhe që jeton në vendin tonë, që ka marrë këtë lloj pensioni, në mënyrë që të vijojë ta përfitojë, do të duhet të shkojë çdo muaj në Greqi, të shpenzojë thuajse aq sa është pensioni dhe të vërtetojë se është banor i përhershëm në shtetin fqinj; diçka e tillë cilësohet si thuajse e pamundur nga instituti grek i pensioneve, duke i dhënë de fakto dhe de jure fund marrjes së pensioneve nga minoritarët grekë dhe shqiptarët e deklaruar si minoritarë në vendin tonë.

Kjo do të sillte një shpenzim në të ardhurat e tyre personale, çka do ta bënte të pajustifikueshme marrjen e pensionit nga qeveria greke. Në këtë mënyrë, drejtuesit e OGA-së kanë deklaruar se bëhet e pamundur marrja e pensionit nga persona që nuk jetojnë në Greqi.
