there is no clan from gornji bihor, those people were ostracized from serb tribal society once they embraced the enemy faith...however most are of vasojevici roots

My fathers side is from there. His grandmother told him his ancestors came from Northern Albania, who were Orthodox and decided to convert to become the local tax collector (as no one else wanted to).

ah...they were very well klimenti or the krasnici, both tribes from northern albania/western kosovo who have serb orthodox roots
so you father's ancestors were haraclije, the ottoman citizens who would collect taxes from the raja, or the local christian populations. these men in montenegro often experienced intense violence and retaliation by raja...and their tax collecting in most cases moreso resembled raids and ethnic cleansing....

the Krasnici descend from Kraso, the son of Vasoje, a Serbian duke from Kosovo

Maybe they did experience retaliation. It would explain why they are in Montenegro now.

one simple question: do you seriously believe this kind of s**tty stories about the origins of the clans (Albanians have the same stories ...). If yes, then I'm sorry for you ... it doesnt seem unrealistic nor grandiose...and krasnic is slavic so its the logical I dont know much about them, only that they became a belated 5th nahija of old montenegro

What can you tell me about the Pjesivci-clan. The Pjesivci clan is also my clan, we are situated around Ostrog, our ancestors help build it, We are from old Montenegro but have incorporated some Serb Families escaping Turkish occupation such as the Milosevici, we have some famous people who originate in our clan like Dejan Savicevic and some infamous like Slobodan Milosevic. The Serb Families in our clan are very patriotic towards Serbia and didnt want independce but the old Montenegrin Families perhaps were not to bothered ither way, as they have a proud Montenegrin heritage.

Deki, interesting story only that Milosevici (and slobo obviously) are of the Vasojevici tribe, not the Pjesivci

But savicevci and other serb families were incorporated into Pjesivci.

The year stated seems accurate according to Wik. Pjesivci are firstly mentioned in 1455 in the contract between Stefan Crnojevic and the people from Gornja Zeta with the Venetians. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pje%C5%A1ivci
