Entire interview. His father was not arberesh silly albos... He is not.... because the arberesh just like the arvanites are not albanian.... just people that were living in your lands and scrammed when the action got too hot. Old man, like I said before, you are loosing it. Clearly again you aren't making any sense. They are not Albanian but they lived in these lands and spoke the language, what could they be, greek? By using this logic of yours you are not greek either.

and.... what.... From Rex's link Etimologia [modifica] Deriva dal termine "albanese", cioè "originario dell'Albania"[1]. Translation: Etymology: derived from the term "albanese", meaning "of Albanian origin" [1].
History: The last name arose as a family name given to persons of Albanian origin, or because they were direct newcomers from Albania, or originating from the albanian colonies of southern Italy [1]. The last name spread out in the period of the naval republics, when, especially in Venezia, soldiers were enlisted from among the albanians [2].

In the recent movie Stone featuring Robert Deniro, Mila Jovovich and Edward Norton, the Albanian actor Enver Gjokaj plays a younger version of the charachter Deniro plays in the movie. I wonder if Deniro had any hand in choosing an Albanian to bascially play himself in the movie. What a coincidence! ;D

He clearly states a minute before his ancestry; Italian Irish Dutch and French or something, and then goes on to explain that even groups traditionally seen as unmixed have some foreign influence in which he gives an example of blonde sicilians and Albanian-italians.
