^^^ bla bla, i didn't go through your text thoroughly (the signal/noise ratio is negligible) but my eye fell on "The methods Serbs used in the past fail.". Serbs' actions have created two balkan mini-empires. What have Croat's actions led to in the past? Besides endless crimes and atrocities? What have Croats actually done worth mentioning? Ever?

Can we please not discuss the attempted annihilation of the our people with this crypto-Ustasha? Afraid to think a little? I don't like making light of the experiences of Serbdom by taking what you say seriously. I've already pointed out the ridiculousness of yourself and other Croats. (Numerous times.) How about you leave it at that?

Serbs' actions have created two balkan mini-empires. What have Croat's actions led to in the past? Besides endless crimes and atrocities? What have Croats actually done worth mentioning? Ever? Two 'balkan mini empires' which don't exist today. Creating empires isn't a mark of greatness IMO. What has the Mongol Empire done for civilization? Serbs were only able to expand when their neighbors were involved with bigger issues and an opportunity opened up. Croats didn't create an Empire because their kings and rulers were bound by oath not to and interesting to note that Croats have never seized territory outside of their boundries during the time they made their pact with Rome. Croats survived which is a feat in itself since Croats were divided up by many different empires and powers ( Hungarian , Venetian , Austrian , Turkish, etc). All logic dictates that the Croat nation should've faded away and assimilated into these larger groups but they didn't. Both Croats and Serbs have produced an impressive amount of scholars , scientists , writers , and now atheletes in proportion to their population sizes. Croats had the first constitution in the Balkans. We had the first national church in the Balkans ( Nin diocese) and , as a little treat for you, Croatian dukes and kings played a major role, dare I say defining role , in helping Serbia survive against their much powerful neighbors of Bulgarians and Byzantines.

Two 'balkan mini empires' which don't exist today. Better than relying only in killing innocent civilians in order to stay in history.

better to have had, and lost, than to have never had at all.

better to have had, and lost, than to have never had at all. The collapse of every empire shows that's not the case. The collapse usually destroys whatever petty benefits came along with the empire in the first place.

better to have had, and lost, than to have never had at all. We were satisfied with what we had. At peak we had Croatia whole ( Tomislav's , Kresimir's , Drzislav's , Zvonimir's Kingdom) for the better part of a couple centuries with little war. How long did Dushan's empire last? lol. Why try to build an Empire when we didn't need or want one? Besides in those days if things would've been just a little different Croatia and Bulgaria could've easily carved Serbs out of existence on several occasions but chose to protect Serb nobles instead. On top of that we have a beautiful country already and earned it by expelling the barbarians that were tarnishing it ( its not like some of us were just given a free pass to settle down there , eh krivo?) Honestly empire building was stupid. For us nothing of value to take in Serbia , Bulgaria , Albania and Greece since we already have a coastline.
