you know better than to stoop to that level man, generalising an entire population by a handful of personal experiences u've had....i've had numerous encounters with romanians and i assure you most of them have been of a negative disposition, but i also have had many friends that i consider as good respectful people, i would never generalise though, i'd have to live in romania and travel the country for an extended period of time, get acquainted to the mentality of locals and then make a cocnlusive opinion on the people.

It's closer to Vlore. Kolonje is in the east.

Tosk and geg are two groups of dialects...now some (not all) Kosovar dialects are extreme geg while arvanite is extreme tosk.
