They are located mostly in the regions of Paris, Lyon, Grenoble, Belfort, Mulhouse, Montbéliard and Strasbourg. A wave of Serbs (Yugoslavs) came with the influx of other Southern Europeans (Greeks, Italians, Spaniards and Portuguese) in the 1920's. Most Serbs moved to France during the 1960's and 1970's, some also came as refugees during the Yugoslav wars of the 1990s. In the late 2000's, Serbian's began to emigrate once again to France. Nikola Karabatić, Most Valuable Player (MVP) at the 2008 Handball EM Nislija. Apparently France had to borrow tall players from Nish, as they produce mostly dwarfs.

I always admired the French. It's no surprise to me that Serbs would integrate well and be successful in French society. I feel a strong similarity in our mentality.

Nislija. Apparently France had to borrow tall players from Nish, as they produce mostly dwarfs. haha I did notice that to. Apparently handball is a game that's traditionally more popular in the smaller towns across Europe. Pyross, why are Greece & Albania never involved in handball so much? Well Albania is not really involved in any European sport but Greece is up there?

Never will go back again to this sh ithole. - unfriendly -> hostile locals - unacceptably rude and pushy clerks/salesmen/waiters - unhappy faces - I hate myself just for being there PS BTW, regarding France-Serbia friendship it could be strengthened if France refrained from bombing Serbs again, but who knows the future...

To me France is the arts. Unavoidable and fantastic films, the impressionist artists I studied and loved, the single French girl I've known which has been the horniest female I have ever known, the handful of French guys I've known who have been very highly cultural, understanding, creative... of course that beautiful sounding French language... probably more... Vive la France!
