This french fella is connecting Basque with Albanians through the Pelasgian connection
3 people in Europe have the same Polyphonic music characteristics ,and that is the Albanians ,Basque and Corsicans
also that we can not rush judgement and say that Basques are Albanians but connections of ancients preside within through Etruscan/Pelasgian ties

Ionians (Greeks forefathers) had darker features when compared with Pelasgians. This is due to the fact that Ionians themselves had Semitic origin which also spoke a Semitic language (Phoenician). They borrowed phylosophies from the "barbarians" and started to write their history in the same way the Semitic Judeo people did. They also developed their own religion by basing it in their phylosophie full of mistakes. Pelasgians that converted into Hellenism were later called Greeks. This is why Herodotus often creates the confusion when calls the Greeks as Pelasgians. Etruscians were Pelasgians as well, they were not called Greeks because they were not Hellenized. Illyrians were not hellenized either, except from those cities that were colonies alongside the sea (ex: Apollonia). Apollonia is also the name of an ancient sea city in present day Israel. Therefore, Pelasgians white, Ionians brown-ish

pelasgians were the embryonic fluid which all others stemmed from, illyrians, greeks, thracians, dacians...greeks were the most enlightened ones and rose to the top, no wonder that ancient greek writers speak with such esteem towards illyrians, they knew their deep roots.

The Encyclopædia Britannica: a dictionary of arts, sciences, literature & general information, Volumes 7-8, Edition 13 There is nothing distinctively Turkish in the combination of crescent and star which appears on the Turkish national standard; the latter is shown by coins and inscriptions to have been an ancient Illyrian symbol, and is of course common in knightly and decorative orders.
