Nothing to be happy or not be happy about for two reasons as far as Serbia is concerned.
These are the states that have recognized Kosovo as a state.
Every single one is basically a US/UK (or as someone likes to say, Saxon which makes sense) colony or indirectly run by France (Chad, Niger, Madagascar etc) which in turn was last time independent under De-Gaul and since then became Saxon colony.
Lesotho has Ireland (again Saxon colony) as, by far, biggest donor (70 million dollars a year since mid 70s) for reasons that escape me and I highly doubt it is really humanitarian in nature.
1) This is power play between super powers of Saxons on one side and Russia and China on the other side. At this point anti-Saxon side is becoming gradually stronger or so it seems. I also doubt that there is any true and real division between these parties and perceive this all as one big global act or theater.
2) Serbia itself, clearly Saxon colony, doesn't appear to even have a trace of independence on any level and Vucic seems that he is happy and willing to abide by any Saxon wish.
I wish I could be more optimistic.

I believe that the relation in 1) is somewhat different: Russia/China like to perceive this like they are major players and all, but the opposite side considers them animals. So the rivalry is either real or will be real very soon.
2) Serbia is not a SAXAN colony not because Serbia does not want all the Glory of the Communist years, but because the role that the SAXTANS have given to her is this one : exotic , fascist , gypsy , 3rd world , orthodox , anti-west.

green like this .....and it has pyrros's seal of approval as noted
..actually this map is from Russian archives from1881
Haha, don't make us laugh. Russian archives written on broken Latin alphabet
Here it is: According to Russian consul in the Manastir Vilayet, A. Rostkovski, finishing the statistical article in 1897, the total population was 803,340, with Rostkovski grouping the population into the following groups: - Turks, Ottomans: 58,867
- Albanians, Ghegs: 144,918
- Albanians, Tosks: 81,518
- Albanians, Christians: 85,525
- Slavs, Exarchists: 186,656
- Slavs, Patriarchists: 93,694
- Slavs, Muslims: 8,542
- Greeks, Christians: 97,439
- Greeks, Muslims: 10,584
- Macedonians (Orthodox): 73,227
- Jews: 5,270

Also:
According to an estimation published in a Belgian magazine, the ethnic composition in 1912 when the vilayet was dissolved during the First Balkan War was: Muslim Albanians - 219,000 Muslim Turks - 11,500 Muslim Bulgarians - 24,000 Orthodox Greeks - 62,000 Orthodox Bulgarians - 331,000 Orthodox Vlachs - 65,500 mixed - 35,000
So it seems like Christian Albanians decided to be Orthodox Bulgarians in 1912

that's a natural consequence in an unnatural series of events.
Arbinos can only think in unnatural manner, so maybe you get confused.

"If we assume this and assume that we get this" - such quasi-experts like this Baupal and Grečić should be shot dead. Elementary and high school education must be free. All European countries have virtually free university education, except if you choose to send you kid to private schools. He better do assessment of politics since 1980's to this present day and explain why the people are leaving.
PS. This is model by which Ottoman empire broke into pieces. Everybody was simple worker or soldier, no schooled people to control country and do other serious work. If that happens ALL educated people will flee Serbia which will leave only old and ultra-stupid, in which case Serbia will live up to destiny of Ottoman empire (of course, the smaller the country the smaller the explosion).

Alright but you are viewing this in a different angle than the Arbino.
Arbino *wishes* for destruction, while you and all sane people condemns inability and stupidity and works for progress.
There is a fine line here, SAXANs know very well the mechanics behind massive psychology and can work it out to their benefit and the destruction of Balkans (ALBAИΑ included).

I guess in that regard I'm not much different because it also makes me wish for destruction of the country where such people (are they really people? more like monsters) are professors at the top university. What those two monsters suggest is pure evil, and its been going on for waaaaay too long here.

After all those reforms post-WW2 until somewhere in mid 1980's we built a society, maybe not exactly to Western one, but certainly close to it. Then people like these two start to appear and politicians under their "expert knowledge" first start to cut welfare programs, then impose ridiculously long working time and in essence universal entropy of society, and now because people are confused they want to make them slaves by imposing them debt since they are born. Well, Serbs might be stupid not to see some hidden parameters but not that stupid not to whats right in front of their nose, so if that happens mass immigration is inevitable.

What those two monsters suggest is pure evil, and its been going on for waaaaay too long here. The SAXANs know how this works and will finally use the best Serbs against their own selves and turn them into anti-Serbs, just by playing with terms and definitions. Effectively putting them in the same category as the Arbo haters.
That's why I am against any form of violence in eastern territory. Because it ALWAYS works against the people.
Ppl in greek forums yell and scream, hang Syriza, hang Tsipras, kill Kotzias, burn Xrysi Augi, etc etc etc, I say to them, to do NOTHING of the kind.

Aren't those Syriza folks highly incompetent buffoons and hypocrites on top of that (they would tell the truth and resign if not)? So what is wrong in demanding the justice?

Because real justice cannot be given. The real guilty ones are far away.
More on what SYRIZA means, on the new SAXAN left movement and everything related on another thread.
