Actually, they don't. I wasn't speaking of Afro-Americans -- I was speaking of actual Africans coming as representatives of their countries as UNMIK employees and officials. Likewise, you have Pakistani officers guarding Prishtina airport. They do not represent the US or England.
Either way, I wait for the day UNMIK can be abolished. Whether African or Western, they're almost all corrupt.

In which way are they corrupted, apart from them coming from corrupted states.

I think that our eventual accession to the EU will end all of these stupid pretensions of being between east and west. Go around Tirana and see just how people feel about being considered even partly eastern. Albania's youth is entirely infatuated with Europe and everything European/western. Everything in the country is modeled after the west. The vast vast majority of the people do not feel at all close to the east and only an insignificant minority(Islamic rats like Suart) are wanting to be part of the east.
As time goes on, and the Osman legacy dies out, and as Albania gets closer and closer to the EU. You will see that these dumb pretensions will die. The death of Albania's association with the east started at the turn of the century, when it was liberated from the Ottoman Empire. You could see it in men like Zogu and such. Hell, Albanians are even giving eachother western style names. Look at how many Albs have Western first names while they still carry their originally Muslim last name. I've met an Alb named Oliger (German) Abdyli, Frederik Osmani, Elizabet Islami... etc etc.

I completely agree with you Donnie, everytime we go back to Kosova we cant stand those ppl. I was talking with my family over there and no one was happy ether, when they see ppl from Serilanka, Africa, Pakistan and India. Those countrys are a mes in their homes, i don't think they should be allowed to be in Kosova. I think is going to be a grate day when the UNMIK leaves.

Toskali711,
A country being the bridge between East and West dosen't mean that the country is entirely or partly an Eastern country.
