(especially if you claim ancestory from Thebes area
the only reason a people would idolize this criminal Alexander is if
1) they stupid 2) they been brainwashed 3) were not affected bcs the people it happened to were not the same 4) history confusion/makers 5) bcs their father told em so 6) they stupid (again) 7) they admire power 8) they forget easy 9) bcs your priest or mailman told ya so 10) its good for tourism and sells a lot of feta and miniature statues

Reading the Bios of some Saints, new modern Saints, I came across one book "Παρά τας πόδας των Αγίων" where it refers to teh habits of the Capadocians Greeks who migrated to Greece as refugees in 1922.
