You know very well that's not true. Albania's population has dropped consistently throughout the years while albanian populations in Greece and Kosovo only increased.
You guys aren't making babies as you like to think - this is just population movement. If you're theory was correct albania would be the most populas country in Balkan, but it's not - it's the least populated.

Rwanda to block war crimes court at UNNew York - The United Nations has been hit by a second war crimes court dispute in a week with Rwanda trying to stop the UN Security Council praising the International Criminal Court. The storm comes only days after the United States boycotted a UN General Assembly debate where Serbia's president launched a fierce attack on international war crimes courts.Rwanda is organizing a Security Council meeting on Monday on conflict prevention in Africa when traditionally the 15-member body would release a statement. The seven ICC members on the council - Argentina, Australia, Britain, France, Guatemala, Luxembourg and South Korea - insist on acknowledging the work of the court in ending impunity for war crimes, diplomats said. Rwanda said it would not accept a statement which mentions the ICC which it has strongly criticized, according to diplomats. Rwanda is the council president for April and its Foreign Minister Louise Mushikiwabo will chair the meeting with UN leader Ban Ki-moon also attending. It is expected to highlight its own experiences in bringing stability since the 1994 genocide in which more than 800 000 people died. ICC members on the council wanted a statement which stresses "the important role of the International Criminal Court and reiterates the importance of co-operation with the court," said a copy obtained by AFP. "Rwanda said it would rather have no statement at all than one which mentions the ICC," said a UN diplomat, speaking on condition of anonymity. "It is a strange position for a country which is organizing the meeting." "There is a clear divide in the council, seven-seven, on the ICC issue," Rwanda's deputy UN ambassador Olivier Nduhungirehe told AFP. Shameful behaviourHe said a compromise could be found before Monday's meeting. But western diplomats said this was unlikely. "Given their own tragic circumstances, this is just shameful behaviour by Rwanda," said Richard Dicker, justice specialist for Human Rights Watch. The rights group has has been strongly criticised by the Rwandan government for its reporting on the nation. Rwanda has also slammed the ICC and the international tribunal set up to handle its genocide cases. About half of African nations are ICC signatories but Rwanda is among a hard core who complain about its tactics. "The ICC is a political court and we have never believed in its jurisdiction," Rwanda's foreign minister said last month. Rwanda's Justice Minister Tharcisse Karugarama took up the attacks against international tribunals at a UN General Assembly meeting on internationl justice on Wednesday. Karugarama said his country felt "betrayed" by the International Criminal Tribunal on Rwanda that handled major cases after the 1994 genocide. The United States boycotted the General Assembly meeting which was marked by a fierce attack on the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia by Serbia's President Tomislav Nikolic. He said there was "a systematic atmosphere of lynch-mobbing of everything that is Serbian."The comments were strongly criticised by the European Union. And UN leader Ban strongly defended the growing role of international justice at the meeting. The international tribunals have "ushered in an age of accountability," Ban said. Tensions over international justice dispute could worsen. The 20th anniversary of the Security Council's call for the creation of the Yugoslavia tribunal is in May and some countries want a special anniversary meeting. www.news24.com/Africa/News/Rwanda-to-block-war-crimes-court-at-UN-20130414The West is getting slapped around like a hoe in debt and they're not liking it. The point of the UN is to be neutral on all matters and when and issues arise countries gather TO DEBATE... which is exactly what Serbia is doing, THIS IS THE FOUNDATION OF GLOBAL JUSTICE AND DEMOCRACY AND THE WEST HATES IT because now their govno is going to fall on their own heads.

SNS launches motion for elections in VojvodinaNOVI SAD - The Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) launched a motion in Novi Sad on Sunday so as to gather signatures of support for the withdrawal of the declaration on the protection of constitutional rights of Vojvodina put forth by president of the Vojvodina government Bojan Pajtic, and it also calls for Pajtic's replacement and early elections in the province. The signing of the motion will be organised in all cities, villages and local communities in Vojvodina on Monday, Maja Gojkovic of the SNS presidency announced. The signing of the motion was organised by SNS so as to win the support of citizens for the propositions voiced at the protest in Novi Sad two days ago. The Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) will continue conducting its political activities until new elections are called in Vojvodina, Chair of the SNS Vojvodina Board Dusan Bajatovic said on Sunday. We will persist until the removal of all those who made profit for years on end, both in economic and political terms, at the expense of Vojvodina's autonomy, and it was only them who had any profit out of it while citizens of Vojvodina only suffered harm, Bajatovic told Tanjug and added that SPS, its members and supporters would back and organise a civil initiative or a motion for the change of the Vojvodina government. Bajatovic called on president of the Vojvodina government Bojan Pajtic and speaker of the Vojvodina Assembly Istvan Pastor to 'withdraw the political pamphlet labelled declaration' and open a dialogue with the opposition so as to reach a political agreement and ensure that new elections are called in Vojvodina.Bajatovic said it is obvious that such a scenario of the Vojvodina administration is detrimental to the interests of Vojvodina citizens and constitutes an attempt of causing deep political splits and destabilisation of Serbia now that it needs unity the most. “If there is any sign of Europe in Serbia, then these can be seen in Vojvodina. With its mentality, culture, the quality of coexistence, religious and national tolerance, its wealth and hard-working people, Vojvodina has to be the pride and engine of Serbia and its development,” Bajatovic said. Leader of the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) Vojislav Kostunica stated on Sunday that the undemocratic behaviour of the Vojvodina government and its president Bojan Pajtic is completely unacceptable and deserves to be condemned, adding that Pajtic should resign.Such undemocratic behaviour is an offence in every possible way to the people who called for Pajtic's resignation, Kostunica said. “Today everything can be targeted by criticism and protests can be staged against anything and anyone, but it seems the Vojvodina government and Bojan Pajtic are untouchable and only they represent a majority and irreplaceable govenrment,” Kostunica said in a written statement. “ The arrogant reactions of the Vojvodina government to the protest show that democracy does not apply when it comes to requests for a change of government in Vojvodina,” Kostunica said and recalled the numerous requests staged in Belgrade against various forms of government but it never occurred to anyone to deny the people the right to call for someone's resignation. Kostunica said that Pajtic should learn the first lesson of democracy, that every government is replaceable and this is why he should resign and show that he does not want the government to come in conflict with the will of the Vojvodina people and citizens. www.tanjug.rs/news/83892/sns-launches-motion-for-elections-in-vojvodina.htmYou know the Serbian Government is doing something right... Aleksandar Vucic being Serbia's best man... Clear proof that he is in fact Serbia's best man. Pissing off siptars is just part of the job.

It's good and I am glad the DS in Vojvodina is getting slammed, this is a time when all Serbian party's need to unite behind each other.
Pajtic is paid by the West, does anyone really think the timing was a "coincidence", nothing in Balkan is a coincidence - this move was meant to cause instability post-Serbia's rejection of the EU-deal. He deserves to be clamped down on hard.

“We can continue dialogue without mediator“BELGRADE -- Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dačić has said that Belgrade will continue negotiations with Priština without a mediator if necessary. He stressed that there was no other way to solve the Kosovo issue.“I have already noted that Serbia is ready to continue direct talks with Priština if there are no more mediators, primarily because the Kosovo issue is both Belgrade and Priština’s problem and we need to find a way to solve it,” the prime minister told daily Danas. When asked if it was realistic to expect Serbia to get a date for the start of the EU accession talks in June, he said that the most realistic thing to do was to stop tying Serbia’s biggest issue with the EU accession. “We are solving the Kosovo issue so we could live normally, not so we could get a date. Then again, this date is certainly our goal for the same reason - so we could live normally. But we need to be aware all the time in the process that we are solving Kosovo for the sake of Kosovo and Serbia and that we need to solve it regardless of the fact when we will get the date,” Dačić was quoted as saying. Commenting on his recent visit to Moscow, he said that Russia strongly supported the Serbian government’s policy. “Russia is our friend, just the kind of friend we need today. When we decide something, Russia will support us and we will never ask Russia to decide something for us. Unlike earlier, we do not see Russia as a ticket to play when all other options fail and we do not pull its sleeve when we mess something up without informing it,” the prime minister concluded. www.b92.net/eng/news/politics-article.php?yyyy=2013&mm=04&dd=13&nav_id=85682Will Thaci attend the meeting with Dacic without a mediator and without US diplomat Philip Reeker acting as his advisor?

Citizens in Vojvodina “do not want DS anymore”BELGRADE -- A declaration on protection of Vojvodina’s rights was just a latest reason for the rally, Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) deputy leader Igor Mirović has said.He stressed that opinion polls had shown that citizens in Vojvodina were not in favor of the Democratic Party (DS) anymore.“I want to point out that the rally went by in a peaceful and democratic atmosphere, participants came from all parts of Vojvodina,” Mirović told B92 on Friday evening. The rally was held in Novi Sad on Friday under the slogan, "Stop the breaking up of Serbia", prompted by a proposed declaration on Vojvodina's rights. “The declaration was just the last reason, polls have shown that citizens are no longer in favor of the DS, the Democrats lost the last elections in four municipalities and the declaration was just the last straw,” Mirović said. DS leader Dragan Đilas said on Friday that there was no and there would be no separatism in Vojvodina while the DS led the majority in the province. “ The declaration came in a very difficult political moment, it was not launched by accident, containing a powerful separatist sentiment, the day when final negotiations on a possible agreement on Kosovo and Metohija were underway,” the SNS deputy leader stressed. “Vojvodina is currently the most underdeveloped part of the Republic of Serbia so it is normal that citizens are dissatisfied,” he added. DS Executive Board President Dušan Elezović told B92 that the rally had been organized in order to divert attention from much bigger problems, such as failed negotiations with Priština and the government’s inability to solve problems in the country, and that the declaration did not call for separatism but for respect of Vojvodina citizens’ constitutional and legal rights. “The rally did not achieve what the organizers had planned,” he said, adding that majority of the participants had come from other parts of Serbia. He added that Vojvodina Executive Council Chairman Bojan Pajtić did not think about resigning and that there was no reason to call for his resignation. Mirović stressed that more than 90 percent of the participants had been from Vojvodina. www.b92.net/eng/news/politics-article.php?yyyy=2013&mm=04&dd=13&nav_id=85684

“Atmosphere of lynch encouraged at Friday’s rally” Source: Tanjug NOVI SAD -- Bojan Pajtić has said that announcement of a new rally and messages sent by participants of a rally held on Friday represent a “clear threat with violence”.
Bojan Pajtić (FoNet, file) The participants of the rally dubbed "Stop the breaking up of Serbia” said that “people’s anger cannot be contained for much longer”. “This is a message that a violent attempt to topple legal and legitimate provincial authorities will follow and citizens of Vojvodina have never tolerated and will never tolerate violence,” the Vojvodina Executive Council president told Novi Sad-based daily Dnevnik.
He believes that the organizers of the rally were the same people who extinguished Vojvodina’s autonomy in the so-called “Yogurt revolution” in the late 80s.
Pajtić said that the “atmosphere of lynch” had been encouraged at the rally on Friday.
He added that the provincial government had been exposed to a political pressure for months so it would be reshuffled in accordance with the republic government’s structure.
He stressed that early elections, requested by the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) and Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS), would be discussed only if the provincial government had no majority support in the Vojvodina assembly.
“Since it has a two-thirds majority, early elections are not a topic for us,” Pajtić, who is a Democratic Party (DS) deputy leader, pointed out.
“There is no separatism in Vojvodina and there never will be. The only thing we insist on is respect of the Constitution and laws of the country,” he concluded.
The participants of the rally on Friday called for early provincial elections. If it's a lynching then it's a democratic lynching. This guy obviously fucked up the majority of the citizens are against him. This protest was fully called for and legal, in fact a protest like this excersises democracy to its' greatest extent. When politicians fuck up the people have the right to speak. NOVI SAD -- The Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) will tomorrow start collecting signatures of citizens who support requests presented at a rally held in Novi Sad on Friday. This is according to SNS Novi Sad Board President Miloš Vučević. He stressed that they requested that a declaration on protection of Vojvodina’s rights, proposed by Vojvodina Executive Council President Bojan Pajtić, be withdrawn from the assembly procedure, that Pajtić resigns and that early provincial elections are called. Vučević said that they “will not wait long” for a response of the current provincial authorities. “With our behavior at the rally we showed we are not evil hordes and that we are not destroying anything or throwing yogurt or anything else and all citizens have the right to demand that the declaration be withdrawn and all other requests,” he told a press conference. Vučević noted that the Democratic Party (DS) requested parliamentary elections but that nobody accused them of trying to destroy the country because it was its legitimate right. “However, they withdraw as soon as elections are offered to them and the SNS is not afraid of elections on all levels and cannot wait to show its strength in the elections, and we especially cannot wait for the provincial election,” the SNS official and Novi Sad mayor stressed. He said that it was clear after the rally on Friday that the provincial government had lost its legitimacy www.b92.net/eng/news/politics-article.php?yyyy=2013&mm=04&dd=13&nav_id=85690
