UDMR is the best, but i hope PMR will form coalition with UDMR. ;D There is a wise guy on the Serbian forum repeating himself: " "Shqiptar" means "Slave" in the Illyrian language."- here one of us speaking Illyrian! And to come to our subject, he adds: " Muslims in Bosnia are descended from Vlach mercenaries." That would be my natural choice to vote any Muslim candidate, ain't it? The pole proposed here is no more conclusive: now, we are about to vote people not parties. There was one who died, from PRM, I would have voted. As well, a UDMR representative I would rather vote than a corrupted Romanian... Candidates proposed to me in Pitesti don't take me out to vote.

This guy should be president. Romania needs some saxon order and discipline.

I give you a simple solution. Restore the monachy. But not King Michael, he's too old. And not the daughters because they are not fit for this. Acording to the salic law this guy should be king Frederick William, Prince of Hohenzollern (b. 1924) But he's not fit because is too old. The best choise is his son Karl Friedrich, Hereditary Prince of Hohenzollern This was a the beginning of Romania, i think it would work. Bring back a german king.

I don't know. I do not live in Germany. I didn't find nothing on the net. Maybe he runs the family businesses. ;D They have some businesses. Check this site. www.hohenzollern.de/

Here is the succesion line of the Throne of Romania. 1. Frederick William, Prince of Hohenzollern (b. 1924) 2. Hereditary Prince Karl Friedrich of Hohenzollern (b. 1952) 3. Prince Alexander of Hohenzollern (b. 1987) 4. Prince Albrecht of Hohenzollern (b. 1954) 5. Prince Ferdinand of Hohenzollern (b. 1960) 6. Prince Aloys of Hohenzollern (b. 1999) 7. Prince Fidelis of Hohenzollern (b. 2001) 8. Prince Johann-Georg of Hohenzollern (b. 1932) 9. Prince Carl Christian of Hohenzollern (b. 1962) 10. Prince Nicolas of Hohenzollern (b. 1999) 11. Prince Hubertus of Hohenzollern (b. 1966) 12. Prince Ferfried of Hohenzollern (b. 1943) 13. Prince Meinrad of Hohenzollern (b. 1925) 14. Prince Carl Alexander of Hohenzollern (b. 1970) 15. Carlos Patrick von Hohenzollern (styled Prince of Hohenzollern) (b. 1978) A younger King would be better. Someone born in the 60's or 70's

This is according to the Salic Law. What's the difference 50's or 60's?

What a list of jokers. Now, does Cuza have any descendants? If he has then maybe they could run for presidency and if they deserve maybe they can be the head of the state for a while.

Exit polls - Social Democrats in lead; no clear winner de Radu Rizea HotNews.ro Duminicã, 30 noiembrie 2008, 21:09 English | Politics
The exit poll results at 21:00, the closing time for the general elections voting process, indicate Social Democrats as winners in the race for the Senate seats, with 35.9% of the votes, followed by Democrat Liberals (31.1%) and Liberals (19.9%), according to the Insomar survey. The CCSB survey estimates 36.5% for Social Democrats, 30.6% for Democrat Liberals and 20.4% for Liberals. The Hungarian Democrats won 6.7%, the same CCSB survey estimates, the far-right Greater Romania Party - 2.5% and the New Generation Party - 1.7%. The threshold for political representation in the Parliament is 5%. UPDATE: Insomar exit poll for the House of Deputies: Social-Democrats (PSD) - 36.2%, Democrat Liberals (PD-L) - 30.3%, Liberals (PNL) - 20.4%, Hungarian Democrats (UDMR) - 6.7%, Greater Romania (PRM) - 3.3%, New Generation Party - 2.1%. CCSB exit poll for the House of Deputies: PSD -PC: 36.5%, PD-L - 30.6%, PNL 20.4%, UDMR - 6.7, PRM 2.5
The alliance formed by the Social Democrats and Conservatives (PSD-PC) won the first scrutiny organized in the uninominal voting system. The Hungarian Democrats are once again a Parliamentarian party, the far-right Greater Romania Party is out of the political stage for a while, while the New Generation Party proved to be an insignificant player.
After the rough electoral campaign before the elections, the dispute between the three main parties seem irreconcilable, so there is still impossible to foresee the structure of the future Government. With the effects of the international financial and economic crisis only a step away from peaking in Romania, the creation of a new Cabinet is critical. At this moment, any of the candidates may become Prime Minister - Liberal Calin Popescu Tariceanu, Social Democrat Mircea Geoana or Democrat Liberal Theodor Stolojan.
UPDATE 2: Turnout at 21:00h - 39.26% nationwide, 30.37% in Bucharest. Average turnout in urban environment - 35.63%, average in rural areas - 44.24%.1. why was the turnout so low? the people are so dissatisfied with the political elite or was it because of the "long weekend"? 2. i don't know if he reads the topic, but i would like to remind a certain person about our bet... illyria.proboards19.com/index.cgi?board=magyarorszaghungary&action=display&thread=6588 ;D
