I gotta hand it to Croatia, you guys really don't give a flying fuck when it comes to Serbs.
Poziv Beogradskog pjevačkog društva mitropolitu zagrebačko-ljubljanskom Jovanu Pavloviću Hrvatska pošta vratila je na beogradsku adresu označivši ga kao "zabranjeno". Poziv adresiran ćirilicom, objašnjavaju u Srpskoj pravoslavnoj crkvi u Beogradu, uobičajeni je način komunikacije i nikada nisu imali problema, piše "Jutarnji list".

I gotta hand it to Croatia, you guys really don't give a flying f**k when it comes to Serbs. It is not about caring about Serbs and their Cyrillic alphabet (where a letter written in it was returned to Serbia cause it was written in it) but about where EU stands at this issue as Croatia will have to abide by their terms and regulations eventually if they want to be part of it (and that will certainly mean writing letters in Cyrillic and even things like return of Serb refugees in Krajina region, perhaps later on even some kind of cultural autonomy for them). This is just one of these last balkanoid policies imposed by some balkanoid politicans (kind of like deceased man making an involuntary move caused by the body system before the (balkanoid) body fully shuts down all its functions). Goes for all Balkan states.

What rest of the world? Most of the world uses different names, but Czechs, Poles and Ukrainians use the same ones we do. Why don't the Serbs start using the Gregorian calender like the rest of the world?

Wasn't referring to anything you said, but rather the OP article.

I dont know what your smoking Aadmin in saying that the Balkanoid is dead... when in fact he is very much alive... When war in Bosnia could break out at any moment should the westerners turn their eyes, when nationalists in Serbia lose by small vote which has to be coordinated with western recognition of Kosovo so it can be secured. When tension, division and hatred is still very much alive...
No, no, the Balkanite is still very much alive, he is just being tamed at the moment by a hard EU leash.

The Cyrillic alphabet is very nice and good looking. What is wrong with it?

they should write letters using latinica if they want them to be delivered. After all latinica is the only official script in the country.

Serbs use two alphabets because they have a superior mental capacity. Cyrillic also looks better.

^^ nah the real reason is that cyrillic is slowly dying out. Just like the Croatian nation, which in 2050 is projected will have the 2nd largest drop in population after Bulgaria. ;D

^^ actually the highest mortality rate lies with serbia which loses on average 25 000 of its citizens a year. It has the highest death rate in the balkans. The UN reported that within 30-50 years serbs in serbia will be in minority.

The UN reported that within 30-50 years serbs in serbia will be in minority. Lol. The UN made no such report. Those statistics are not true. 1. Serbia has a mortality rate of 11.6 per 1,000 vs. Croatia's 12.1 per 1,000. 2. The fertility rate in Serbia is 1.79 vs. Croatia's 1.35. 3. Serbia's migration rate is 1.7 vs. Croatia's 1.56 per 1,000. 4. Croatia's median age is 40.8 vs. Serbia's 37.5. 5. And as I've already told you and tito and Tvrtkovic all statistics related to Serbia ignore refugees, Montenegrin citizens in Serbia, repatriations and those seasonally abroad. -- and fatoring them in the birth rate is more like 2.08. 6. And also, such claims of Serbs becoming minorities are alarmist reports made by idiots unaware of fact #5.
