Scandalous decision by the authorities in Moscow
Russians gave asylum to Mira and Marko
The runaway family members of former Serbia president Slobodan Milosevic were given asylum ahead of the New Year holidays. In spite of the asylum, the international wanted lists issued after them remain in force. If they appear in the territory of any other country they shall be arrested and extradited to Serbia.

Hardly scandalous. What is scandalous is that every government since Oct 5, 2000 has said "We will try to prosecute them?". and have done nothing to improve relations with russia to achieve this.
