No more war
The War will never be over while Kosovo is occupied, but as far as Armed conflict goes, that is finnished, it will be a frozen conflict and the frontlines will be in courts and diplomatic circles. Until at least World events change and we have seen throught history that indeed circumstances do change.

In the most realistic perspective I don't believe the Kosovo issue will become a frozen conflict because of the true fact that the overwhelming majority of world's countries will recognize Kosovo's independence and Kosovo will have its functional institutions.
History is ours, Serbs lost Kosovo 1999, there will be no turning back. I don't believe in any miracle that might save Serbs Kosovo.

If Kosovo declares independence it will be nothing more then another northern Cyprus, Abkhazia, South Ossetia, Transdniestria...
