Im pretty sure less than 70 romanian troops wont make a slight difference to the security of Kosovo.
if they there for peacekeeping crap, then remain.
most of them are there for the money offered in international missions. they would however be more useful back home to secure their own borders.

I asked you this after your first reply, in which you did not clarify that your preferance was for Romania to stay neutral in this conflict. How would you describe a state being neutral in this situation? It's hard to be neutral when you are part of this region. We went against Serbia when we allowed NATO to use our airspace. We've discussed that before. If we hadn't been against Kosovo independence, our relations with Serbia would've been sour--not to speak about our politicians fearing Hungarians demanding autonomy. I think we should've kept a very low profile instead of being so vocal. We should not have expressed our stand on Kosovo.
