Independence, not before March 10th? (Albanian Express) An unnamed member of the Kosovo Unity Team reportedly told the paper that the European Union is backing a request by Spain that Kosovo’s independence should not be declared before March 10th. “It seems that this request is enjoying European support,” said the member of the Unity Team. The paper notes that on March 9th in Spain elections will be held for the Cortes Generales, the Spanish two-chamber parliament, and there is fear that Kosovo’s independence could incite support for parties that proclaim separatism.

Doesnt matter if its an albanian source, name it or this topic aint legit.
And the declaration of independence is after your elections. That is very soon. USA and Germany has agreed officially to reconize and make all other EU countries do it.

USA and Germany has agreed officially to reconize Kosovo won't be admitted to the OSCE and, far more importantly for Pristina, to the UN. If you consider that independence, then fine. Both Kurti and Ceku said, it's not independence without a seat at the UN. Kurti said: "It will not contain foreign and defence ministries and a seat in the UN." "We will have one bureaucracy instead of another, from UN to EU, another interim mission with control over police, courts, economy and defence," he added. news.monstersandcritics.com/europe/features/article_1237440.php/2006_Review_Albanians_look_to_2007_for_Kosovo_independence

We are aware of that, but as long as Serbia is out of the picture... we are fine.
