“Kosovo Serbs should be punished for voting”

BELGRADE -- Coordinators of the Peæ District are asking for 18 Serbs that voted in the Kosovo elections to be punished.
B92 uncovered an official report from Peæ District Coordinator Radojko Duniæ sent to Kosovo Ministry adviser Milorad Todoroviæ, which reports in detail on all the Serbs who voted in the Kosovo elections in Goraždevac, and which parties they belong to.
The report calls for those people to be sanctioned for working against the state.
The report, which reads like a spy report, states “The polling stations were under constant surveillance from 7am to 9pm and it was confirmed that a total of 18 citizens of Serb nationality from Goraždevac participated.”
The report ends stating, “Since the position of the state of Serbia and the Serbian Orthodox Church is to not participate in the elections, we believe that these citizens are working against their country by voting and should be sanctioned.”
Duniæ said that the report had no malice towards those Serbs that chose to participate in the elections.
“We have not sanctioned anyone, nor do we have the right to. We suggest they leave the village. These people were put their by the Sqiptar (derogatory word for Kosovo Albanian) institutions from the Peæ municipality. Had the citizens put them there, we would not have the right, obviously,” Duniæ said.
President of the Serb National Council in North Kosovo Milan Ivanoviæ said that he did not know about the report but that he was very familiar with the people that were spied on.
“They added over 2000 votes, people who participated in the elections, whether it was Slaviša Petkoviæ, or Slobodan Petroviæ, or Grbiæ, so we have a complete list of data. We have witness statements and eyewitnesses who wrote reports. These are people who received a great deal of money to participate,” Ivanoviæ said.
Democratic Party of Serbia Vice President Marko Jakšiæ does not know about the report either.
“This is not normal, but I think that these people failed to respond to the calls from the president, the prime minister, and the church not to participate in the elections. But that is their right and they should not face any consequences as a result,” Jakšiæ said.
Opposition parties stated that the Kosovo Ministry and ministerial adviser Milorad Todoroviæ, who received the report, ought to voice their opinions on the matter, and that, moreover, an inquiry should be conducted into the case.
What they didn't spy was the high volume of Serbs crossing into Albanian polling places and putting their vote in there. lol
(What a pathetic state Serbia has become to sink this low .. spy and punish your own people because they voted.)
