My Bosnian national hero number one is Ante Pavelic, he made the foundations for the modern day Nova Hrvatska empire, who's fruits all Bosnians enjoy to this day...

Even though I'm not Bosniak, ill answer anyways. Gradasevic by far is the best with King Tvtrko being a close second.

- o Vojislavu Seselju 1980. godine

Kada vec pitas... Abdic was tried when the Croatian authorities themselves put him on trial. In 2002 he was sentenced to 20 years in prison for war crimes committed in the area of the "Bihac pocket”. In 2005 the Croatian Supreme Court reduced the sentence to 15 years. Eno ti ga u zatvoru gdje ce i krepati ko tvoj ludi radovan i ostali ratni kriminalci.

Queen Kat Catholics from the region (mostly Croats) often visit her tomb in the Roman church of Santa Maria in Aracoeli. Her tombstone features a life-size portrait with the emblems of the houses of Kotromanić and Kosača to each side. The inscription, originally written in Slavic, but in 1590 replaced with a Latin one, reads: * Catharinae Reginae Bosnensi * Stephani ducis santi sabbae sorori * et genere Helene et domo principis * Stephani natae Thomae regis Bosane * vsori Qvanrum vixit annorum LIIII * et obdormivit Romae anno Domini * MCCCCLXXVIII dei XXV oteobris * monumentum ipsus scriptis positiv. The memory of Queen Katarina, who was beatified after her death, is still alive in Central Bosnia, where Catholics traditionally mark October 25 with a mass in Bobovac 'at the altar of the homeland'. Some of the artifacts belonging to the Queen and the Kotromanić family were taken in 1871 by Josip Juraj Strossmayer from the Franciscan monastery in Kraljeva Sutjeska to Croatia for safekeeping until 'Bosnia is liberated'. They have never been returned.

Yes it's in Rome.
I don't think she'll understand the fact but she will accept that people converted out of their own interests to Islam for their survival. After all she was a virtuous woman. Even after the Turks took her children and she never saw them again, she always hoped for their liberation.

Than there's only one question left, if survival was the reason, from what planet exactly did Croats and Serbs came in Bosnia? I was thinking of Alpha Centauri but that's a bit too far.

I really don't want to start this discussion, especially not here in this nice thread. There are many theories, just as there are many theories as to who and what the original Bosnians were.

Jovan DivjakJovan Divjak (Born March 11, 1937 in Belgrade, Kingdom of Yugoslavia) a self-declared Bosnian was a general in the army of Bosna & Hercegovina during the 1992-1995 Bosnian War. He was the highest ranking ethnic Serb in the army and one of its most educated and experienced officers. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jovan_Divjak Dragan Vikic Atif Dudakovic Poznato je zasto. ;D I agree 100% Jovan Divjak, Dragan Vikic, Atif Dudakovic and Karim Lucerivic advocated total victory during the war and three of the four were rewarded by the SDA and Izetbegovic regime with being replaced. The Bosnian defenders who fought for Bosnia without political considerations and motives are the heros. Also the Bosnian woman who joined the Armija and defended the state as well as Bosniaks, Croats and Serbs who fought for the multli-ethnic principles that are the history of Bosnia.
