Russia: We will defend Serbia's stance at the ICJ
Russian Ambassador to Belgrade Aleksandr Konuzin said that Russia will uphold Serbia's stand before the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
(KosovoCompromise Staff) Tuesday, August 04, 2009
"Russia will defend Serbia's position in the public debate, as it is in accordance with international law", he said.
"Moscow has been cooperating closely with Belgrade on that issue and will not stand aside when the ICJ debate starts", he noted.
Referring to reports by some Albanian language newspapers in Kosovo that Russia did not comment on the statements presented to ICJ by other states, he said that Russia had not taken part in considering the views of other countries for tactical reasons, "while our strategy remains the same".
The ICJ first received written statements, and then allowed those interested to submit their comments on the initial statements. Now public hearings are set to start on Dec. 1.

, he said that Russia had not taken part in considering the views of other countries for tactical reasons, The tactic is called DON'T CARE ENOUGH. Novi do you realize that Russia can play the good Serbian ally and yet gain the most from a pro Kosovo ICJ opinion? It will be much easier to support the claims over S.O,Abkhazia,Transnistria,Crimea using a pro Kosovo verdict. As for Chechnya or Ingushetia Russia has control of those territories through local leaders who are simply Russian puppets.West is not that interested in helping them either considering their muslim fundamentalism.

And the Kosovo Albanians are the American pawns/puppets. Not a bad deal considering that the Americans bombed the $hit out of Serbia to protect their puppets. Compare that to Russian DP of Serbia. They let you down when you needed them the most when you where bombed day and night. And as a gesture of orthodox/slavic brotherhood they decide to rip you off on the NIS deal.

KFOR wil leave like UNMIBH left But US will stay and have their base, that is sure And south of Kosovo is Albania, a NATO member...so you don't get any wrong ideas in the future
