Great adverstisement for the newest European country. I think Saatchi & Saatchi did a tremendous job with this concept.

I get the message: young as in a young state being born and rising. Young faces visually bridge the transcending notions new-young and rising balloons lifting up the map better round the concept of "new born" By playing with the word young it is more poetically projected the dryer expression; new state. What I don't get is; whats the target group/s?
