Basically what I am wondering is that should a person who 'can not help acting' in a instigating manner (or they have constantly displayed it from the beginning) even get an I tag.
Two extremes are let them be or ban them (if they are too extreme to deal with).

I am against banning, but if you somehow manage to ban him from visting the Serbian forum, you have practically done this ;D

Why ban? Instigators bring out the true feelings of posters. -edit-

A good alternative to a ban is imo to give them a posting-limit. 10 posts per day for example which will automatically force them to give some thought to what they write. Its a good method to educate them. If they prove themselves they will get their "normal" (instigator-) status back...knowing very well that they will be put back to the limited posting-status if they start again b!tching around... This should be the ultima ratio in my opinion.
We had this system in the old forums....but I havent seen that here yet. Dont know if it works with the ones here.

A ban is no good, I like what the other members said in this thread.. let the true feelings come out. But if it begins to get out of hand, then maybe some type of a time out or post limit as Kastorianos suggested, may be appropriate. Then I guess, they'd be able to work their way back to being "normal", although for some 'normal' is not the same as 'normal' for normal people.

Two extremes are let them be or ban them (if they are too extreme to deal with). I have a solution, put an I tag on them and then leave them to the Moderators or CM's, Mods should be harsh on I tag carriers including deleting them for any minor infringement, at the moment some carry it as a badge of honor, I am very much in favor of extreme prejudice towards I tag carriers, when there behavior changes and the Tag comes off they will be subject to conditions of this forum just like any other member. Results would be either they will amend there behavior or leave of there own accord. Of course there should be a slight amendment to the rules governing what behavior gets the tag. The Tag has got to carry consequences otherwise its pointless. Classic example was Shmajser he just lived to provoke and spread hate even stealing other members photo's and posting them on his site with derogatory/offensive content, I went medieval on his azz and edited/deleted even minor things pretty soon he was hiding in the only place I could not get to him at that time, the Albanian sub forum, and in the end he just would not change his behavior so he left the forums. It does work.

Let's face it: there is no fair moderation in the forum, with just few exceptions. Every moderator edits/deletes what he finds against their views and leaves the rest untouched. I am probably no exception. But I want to ask - in what sence were Shmajzer's posts worse than those of Pyrro, let's say, and why a sinle post of Pyrro has never been touched so far in the Serbian forum? You don't want me to show you proves of posts that had to be deleted in the very moment a moderator has read them, do you?

I can only presume. I was made instigator... nothing changed... then suddenly I was turned back... and then the whole process repeated.
me and ppl similar to me. Like Logjik in the past.

Well, you have your outbursts ;D but I am on the opinion it is not about you. Or may be I am wrong. Admin is like Mona Lisa. No one can understand why she is smiling for, no one can understand who Admin had in mind.

I voiced my Suggestion and gave an example also, to this question, Two extremes are let them be or ban them (if they are too extreme to deal with).
But since you asked I will entertain your query briefly,
Smajser crossed the line when he decided to steal members photo's of this forum and displayed them on his site with offensive and dishonest commentary. Up until then his posts were generally untouched and admin even accommodated his love of twisting reality by creating his own sub forum.
Pyrros's post for the most part remained untouched for the same reason Toskaliku's,Hellboy and some others posts remained untouched,(even yours as you gave back as good as Pyrros gave you) I also noticed that there have been a few attacks from you against Novi in debates on Bulgaria etc should that be edited also ? as it could be construed as instigation, now i will repeat again for the umpteenth time .... we aint running a kindergarten here. I have edited Pyrros many times when he started to use peoples family members as weapons in debates.
If you want to accuse/question me or anyone else open a thread and I will gladly debate/answer you, but lets stay on topic here.
