Yes, his dizziness is quite entertaining. Let's see how dizzy he is. Lenny, please direct use to the exact spot on the Dnevnik website you acquired that photo so we may ascertain ourselves if this photo really represents those waiting for Bulgarian passports.

One very important fact that Leandros omits is that since the country west of Bulgaria and north of Greece was allowed to enter Schengen countries visa-free since January 1 2010, there has been a significant drop for Bulgarian passports by people of this country we speak of.
Now, there is only a very small demand for Bulgarian passports by Bulgaria's western neighbor to buy cars in Bulgaria.
This proves beyond a reasonable doubt that these people wanted Bulgarian citizenship only for economic reasons.

This proves beyond a reasonable doubt that these people wanted Bulgarian citizenship only for economic reasons. I guess Krste Misirkov was desperate to be a Bulgarian for economic reasons also right ? when he stated the following; MISIRKOV:"We are Bulgarian more than the Bulgarians in Bulgaria. The population of Skopje is pure Bulgarian. "Our fathers, grandfathers, and great grandfathers have always been called Bulgarians"-Krste MisirkovAnd a text of Delcev's letter to Nikola Maleshevski:WE ARE BULGARIANS!
"Sofia, 01.05.1899, Kolyo, ... May the dissents and cleavages not frighten you. It is really a pity, but what can we possibly do when we ourselves are Bulgarians and all suffer from the same disease! If this disease had not existed in our forefathers who passed it on to us, we wouldn't have fallen under the ugly sceptre of the Turkish sultans..."
Alll of your national heroes of the past are self declared Bulgarians, true Macedonians spoke, wrote Greek, spread the Greek culture & the Greek way of life NOT Slavic or Bulgarian... .

Thanks for the info. The photo you posted is from the Bulgarian website "Dnevnik", but where on the site? As it is presented here, it is just a photo, with no official description of what it is. This is the same with the link you sent me. But where did it originally appear? Info on the photo gives Dnevnik as the origin of the photo. So maybe there is the real description of the photo there.
Yes I like free stuff, especially beer. ;D

Thank you, Patrinos. As expected, the translation is incorrect. While Leandros's post from another website state "at present 60 000 fyromians are waiting for a bulgarian passport. you can see them lined up in sofia on this photo". The Bulgarian website actually states under the photo "Macedonians are waiting in front of the State Agency for Bulgarians Abroad" (roughly). The article further states that "More than 60,000 Macedonian citizens expect to receive Bulgarian citizenship". But this article is from Dec 2007. The requests for Bulgarian passports by their cousins have decreased drastically since then. Note: I did not change the content/wording/names of the original quotes from Leandros's post and the Bulgarian website in any way.
