Yeah I know what you mean about the meat heads, the gym i used to go there were plenty of them. I think the best result you get is by working out with your own weight. It is a longer proces but you are way stronger . Wow 8 hours chase in that heat is fucking amazing, have you seen the marathons always dudes like him win.

I train because it makes me feel healthy and strong. It is important to stay as active as possible in our days, because our sedentary lifestyle coupled with the food we eat is a dangerous trap. And when I speak of being fit, I am mean being all-round fit, to be in great shape and not a meat-head who can bench press 140kg but breathes heavy after a few metres of running. A video of persistence hunting, this is how our ancestors back in the day would hunt their prey; Not quite hunting wolves on a helicopter with a sniper rifle... This type of hunting puts the modern "game" to shame. P90x is a boot camp style workout out. Very few breaks, very intense exercises. It lasts a total of 90 days and it increasingly goes up in intensity as your muscle definition and fat loss go up.

At least you can get your children out of the way young, Nilo. That way you can recover better than the women who start poppin out kids in their 30s and are never able to recover from them.

Drena, I just did the body age test out of curiosity . I have never considered myself a sporty or fit person, and I just wanted to see if this sort of test could confirm that. I'm not worried about turning 30 either...I'm not the sort of person to let my body go but I realize that however much I take care of myself, I still can't defy age. Noone can, really... Toskaliku, You're right...there're quite a lot of other cons, too, with having kids past 30. I highly doubt I'll have anymore after 30...

Chocolate milk can 'help athletes recover' Chocolate milk may be better for athletes recovering from a strenous a work-out than traditional sports drinks, a study showed. Published: 8:00AM BST 04 Jun 2010 Studies suggest that chocolate milk has the right mix of carbs and protein to help refuel exhausted muscles Photo: ALAMY In a series of four studies, researchers found that chocolate milk replaired and rebuilt muscles more effectively than the specially designed carbohydrate fluids. The findings were presented by the James Madison University to the American College of Sports Medicine conference, in Seattle. How eating chocolate can help improve your mathsResearchers believe drinking low fat chocolate milk after a strenuous workout could even help prep muscles to perform better in a subsequent bout of exercise. The combination of carbs and protein already in chocolate milk matched the ratio found to be most beneficial for recovery. Studies suggest that chocolate milk has the right mix of carbs and protein to help refuel exhausted muscles, and the protein in milk helps build lean muscle Milk also provides fluids for rehydration and electrolytes, including potassium, calcium and magnesium lost in sweat, that both recreational exercisers and elite athletes need to replace after strenuous activity.
