Correcting the double "L" when the "E" and "I" are completely f**ked up, is pure idiocy. It is written : ΕΛΛΗΝΕΣ (Έλληνες)

Rhezus, I guess these guys are only interested in how "Hellenes" is spelled, and have nothing constructive to say about the thread's subject.

This may be off topic but, I've just came back from touring Ohrid and surrounding(mostly around Ohrid lake) and I've noticed few interesting things. Vlachs and Albanians were usually looking different then Macedonian Slavs(I am talking about few villages I've went through). Macedonian Slavs had more Slavic look with light eyes (they had diverse hair), many of them had snow white skin colour, and mostly they could easily pass for West or East Slavs. Albanians and Vlachs looked more Mediterranean sometimes even dinaric or mixed(with dark eyes and in like 90% really dark brown and black hair). So it was real surprise for me to see real Slavic faces in such south part of Europe

Maybe there is some truth in this. Anyway, did you take any pictures of Ohrid? If so, post them. It's such a nice place.

Both are from city of Skoplje. They were playing national Macedonian music but just using flutes and some wooden pipe instruments they made. I bought 2 CD's they had, if you want to hear it I could upload it at some file sharing site

Nice pictures ulf, thanks for that. I never got to see Sveti Naum when I went there because it was winter (and like you said, it's hard to see much stuff during winter) but I hear it's the best place to go to when visiting Ohrid.
And are you Serbian? Because like Pyrros said, you definitely look it.

I am Serb. I think I said it before here somewhere, and I am Belgrader for quite a few generations on my dad's side if thats what Pyrros meant
