About the Biljanini Izvori (Springs). It is a mistake.
Biljanini springs are in Ohrid, in the city ( 41° 6'7.57"N 20°48'51.59"E). They make the Studencica Canal (where small boats rest). They are also clean, but they are not the springs near St. Naum Monastery.
The springs you have seen are the springs of river Crni (Black) Drim and yes, they are near St. Naum Monastery. Who told you that?
The springs of the Drim are very interesting, very clean, very cold, freezing-cold. They are actually (but not the only springs in Ohrid Lake) the same water with Prespa Lake. The Prespa Lake (which is on ~800m above the sea), the water drops and sinks under Galicica Mountain and comes out like springs in Ohrid Lake (which is ~600m above the sea). An example (a result) are the springs of the Drim. Another Interesting thing is that when they come out and enter the lake they make the lake current of The Black Drim, which runs through and cuts the lake in the middle. Then comes out in the town of Struga and proceed two artificial lakes in Macedonia and enters Albania near Debar. You can see the current if you are enough high on Galicica Mountain. It is quite cold. Actually thr whole lake is cold, except in the shallow parts.
An example. If you were in water on the beach near St. Naum. It feels warm or normal, but if you try by water to go in the Drim, near the small bridge (where people throw coins, and they shine in the clear water, interrupt by the many fish, especially the Pastrmka) you will feel a huge difference in temperature, suddenly you will feel the freezing-cold water. I have tried, but i cannot hold longer than 20s. It starts to hurt.
