"The Rock" is anti-Serb?

It depicts Serbs as chemical terrorists.

Just because the antagonist is a Serb doesn't mean it's an attack on the whole people. Would you say the same if the "bad-guy" was American?
You're too sensitive Novus, "the world" doesn't hate Serbs, perhaps there was a brief time but not anymore. People got a little smarter over time and many realize now what happened then, is no different than what has been happening always and is currently happening.

Just a few months ago some malicious bastard said that building the mosque near the WTC was akin to building a church in Srebrenica and almost every single well known American right-winger repeated said line. Nobody gets smarter over time. If anything they get dumber.

Some people get it and some people don't, stop focusing on the ones who don't. Have everything you hold dear close to your heart, and fuck what anyone else says.

A very small percentage of Serbs are actually threatened by extermination, this idea is only an idea and not necessarily the reality.
The majority of the Serb population is scattered all over the world, me being just one of them. I don't feel threatened at all, I don't feel hated for being a Serb and I don't feel guilty for anything for what a few ass*holes did during war time.

Nobody has it out for the Serbs..
If they actually did the Serbs would've actually been held responsible for their actions

That's narrow minded thinking my friend, everyone should be held responsible for the crimes they committed, and this means; Bosnians, Croats, and Albanians.
Until Serbs see an international commitment to get Croat, Bosnian, and Albanian war criminals the same way, they're never going to be enthusiastic about handing over their own, and that makes sense.

Yeah, I guess it's okay if they die as long as they're Krajina/Bosnian/Kosovo Serbs, right? As long as Belgrade's nice and cushy. Let me tell you something, the only thing that was buffering Serbs in that cowardly hellhole known as Serbia from the animals to the west and south-west were the Serbs in Krajina, Bosnia and Kosovo. As far as I'm concerned, we were the sacrificial lamb and Serbians will pay for that someday. Whether the punishment be divine or whether the Americans and their local stooges decide that Serbia is far too big and that the only reasonable size for Serbia is a ghetto in Belgrade. Nobody has it out for the Serbs.. If they actually did the Serbs would've actually been held responsible for their actions Shut up, idiot. www.savekosovo.org/articleprint.asp?sp=49Those that weren't killed were forced from their homes. Those that weren't forced from their homes have been subjugated. In Krajina, in Kosovo Metohija, in central Bosnia. And you have the audacity to claim otherwise? Have you no shame? At long last, have you no shame?

Novus you are confusing two different things. Politics and society are two separate things regardless of what you were taught in school.
You think the Serbs in Belgrade living in their "cushy" bourgeois lifestyle (as you say) don't share the pain of what their brothers and sisters have had to go through and still go through? Belgraders will be the first to call on for a national march through Pristina to take it back, mark these words.
The government in Belgrade is full of crap, and everyone in Belgrade knows this, but what is the alternative, any suggestion? Another war perhaps? Another reason for the West to intervene?

Serbia has been a democracy since 1990. In democracies, the line between society and politics is blurred significantly. And there is an alternative to war and surrender: passive resistance and use of proxies.

Don't hate on Belgrade Novus, it's a beautiful city with even more beautiful people. Many Bosnians now call Belgrade home, I tend to hear more of Bosnian dialects than Belgrade dialects.

What are they suppose to do Novus? Most people from Belgrade believe they have already lost their country. Only "foreigners" like myself choose to remain optimistic. Even tho the idea one saying "my-country" is ridiculous enough.
During the wars in the 90's Serbs in Belgrade were left with nothing but pain. Their own fighting their own, the ultimate betrayal. Most Serbs have a connection to somewhere else in the former-Yugo, like myself. What happened to Sarajevo and what Sarajevo is today breaks my heart, but what are we suppose to do? Take up arms and invade? The only way for peace amongst all Serbs (and I mean Croats and Bosniaks as well) is to move on completely from what has happened to us all in the past and think forward together.

There's ten million or so Serbs in the world. Not one has tried to organize against the foreign invaders/occupiers/colonizers in over a decade. Not one. This is clearly a symptom of a bigger problem.
