"that's right Novi, late 19th, because in early 19th cent. Russians, the biggest Slavic nation, considered Bulgarian (along with Bosnian and Montenegrin) a Serbian dialect." It all changed brate for the worst in the late 19th century when both the Russians and the Ottomans were supporting them. It was easy for the historians to classify these people as Bu Lgari (Vardarians) because when one joined this church and were registered as Bu Lgari, then how could you not question this when there were no prior historical information about Bu Lgari post 14th century. Pyrro, the Ottoman takeover of Bu Lgarska caused Bu Lgarska to be FORGOTTEN as a nation. Sources have made mention during their dark times they became a merchant lower class of wicked people and were embarressed of their name BU LGARSKA because it was signified throughout the whole Balkans as dirty and unproductive (see the Bugarishtice songs of Serbia and Vardar). I agree man, but i would classify as wicked only their leaders and some bit ches like Aziz. Normal modern bulgarians are good people. (and 100% serb-compatible)

We have nothing against Serbs, or anyone else for that matter. But why don't you go to Bulgaria and talk about the things you write here.. let's see how 'compatible' we are.

"I agree man, but i would classify as wicked only their leaders and some bitches like Aziz. Normal modern bulgarians are good people. (and 100% serb-compatible) " Their own history books have made them distrust the Serb, they have twisted historical thoughts on the Serb people. Sure, if one doesn't touch upon the history topic they are compatible brate, but in their own hearts they have this cynical attitude towards the serbs because they brainwashed themselves to believe that Serbs and Serbia was the ONLY cause of them not being great today. PS Its become so twisted and brainwashed that they view the Ottomans in better historical light than the Serb, seriously.

"We can blame the west all day long for their lies/deception/misconceptions but can you imagine how would it be under a mongol regime???"
Pyrro, it was mentioned that during their time under the umbella as the Exarchos they committed crimes 10X worse than that of the ruling Ottoman authority.

Coat of arms of the 1st Bulgarian Empire Of the Dulo Clan; Whereas the coat of arms of the Comitopuli house was two perched parrots, as found in Samuel's tomb at Lake Prespa. There is NO Coat of Arms of the First Bulgarian Empire or of the Dulo Clan!!! At least what you posted IS NOT proven to be such coats of arms. But even if the coats of arms of the Dulo Klan is different from the Komitopuli, it is still the same country: Bulgaria. Chento, you ll never find a RELIABLE source or respected author where Samuel is called Macedonian . We Bulgarians should send Macedonia thank you letter for erecting a monument of a Bulgarian in Skopie. Or is he just called "A Zar On A Throne" ?

Chento, you are regressing with each post of yours. From Macedonian you are dropping down to Fyromian in rapid pace. Coats of arms are different for the noble families, haven't you heard? Which country do you choose to be given as an example to you for different coat of arms of the noble families?

'Bulgarian' in the same way 'Roman' was used by the Byzantines and German 'Holy Roman Empire'. Bulgarians and Maceonians were known as Rum to the Turks remember. Are you still a Rum today??

Spare us your BS. The point is that Macedonians identified as Bulgarians until recently. This is a fact supported by world opinion and a multitude of neutral sources.
As for Tsar Samuil, he was a Bulgar. He was identified as such. His people were identified as Bulgars. His country was identified as Bulgaria. This is from the source you posted over in the Serbian forum.
Your personal version of "history" is only valid within the borders of the Republic of Macedonia.

Or better yet isnt Paissi also "a Macedonian"? How could a "Macedonian" wake up "another nation" and include himself in this nation? Preexarchate (the Novis best excuse)? Let us hear your reasoning.

^ Thanks Pyrro ;D Chento, Jovan Rajich, a serb, encouraged Pajsije while they met in 1758 at the Serbian Hilandar monastry. Just to let you know, Pajsije was a monk from the Samokov diocese. Samokov during his time was called: Srpsko Samokov

To your great surprise, they were calling themselves Bulgars. The people Paisiy addressed were the Bulgarians who felt under Greek influence and were ashamed to call themselves Bulgarians. Is it a rocket science, Chento? Shame on you again. You make an alliance with people like Guzar who call your country Southern Serbia and at the same time you are so weak that you don't even protest against such a name but agree with the moron who insults your country just because he hates Bulgarians. Fvcking pathetic.
