The majority of Albanians who were in Kosovo by the time it declared independance flooded through from Albania. They are newcomers. As I said in another thread; The Westerners waved their lolipop (greater-Alb-ideology) at you. I am not surprised you guys were happy, you got a step closer to acheive your erotic fantasy of "dardania", while the Westerners now continue to exploit our land, your and my people. uz,there aren't any newcomers from albania, who told you this? hahahah ^

punisher, that's a joke of the year.
Back to the topic. Its true that we have small Albanian minority here, but no one ever made them problem concerning their nationality(even though most of them are Kosovo Albanians), as far as I know. I personally know two Albanians here.

I see I shouldn't have posted this article. The serbs use it and say.....see we are good people. And of course there are many. This is a case of 1500 Albanians in a city of over a million. Most probably from families of former serb dogs. Novi why didn't you answer my questions and of course I understand the politics behind it. My questions were not related to that aspect though.

Why wouldn't they in Albania? As a matter of fact Albania allows Serb schools in some village of southern Albania where those people are Bosnian. They have mosques. In other words a serb muslim feels serb in Albania but not so much in Serbia. ?? It was posted here a few months back actually. What do you know about Serbia, really.

"Why do you feel Serbia should control a region that is over 90 percent Albanian? Why would you want the headache? The only thing I can think of is Trepce."
Shqipni, its not Trepche at all, its more than Trepche. Kosovo is a central part of Serbian culture and development. Kosovo is a powerful symbol for even the slavs from Vardar and Western Bulgaria, whom some commemorate historical sacrifices. People don't understand WHY kosovo is known to Serbs as the HEART of Serbia, they see it from a geographical aspect, when in fact, its not about geography, its about spiritual awakening, not only to god, but also a reminder of our forefathers sacrifices that they endured for us to enjoy today.
When you say above about headaches, it reminds me of Thaci's comment to Tadich about Albanians are a cancer that needs to be cut off. Cancers die when it isn't fed, this cancer was given life by Yugoslav communists, it became terminal, for a period, when Fadil Hoxha was sucking the life from the Yugoslav budget by veto'ing every damn bill that could have saved Yugoslavia from falling apart. Today this cancer is suffocating, when the American treatment today is finally turned off in the future, this cancer will die and dry up.

Wasn't first serbian patriarchate located somewhere in central serbia? Sacrifices? It's not only serbs who fought battles in that land. The arrogance of serbs is astonishing. Hungarians even fought in that land against ottomans. And Fadil Hoxha is hated by true Albanians. There is no need to bring up that serb puppet.

You're highly confused person Please elaborate...do I think I have an answer for everything? Far from it. You should do elaboration. Why would we use the fact that 1500 Albanians live in Belgrade? We didn't dragged them here, they chosen themselves to live here(perhaps they saw opportunity to do something with their lives, perhaps they hated their own people... that's irrelevant now). This article is example how two different ethnicity can coexists(another even better example is Serbs and Hungarians in Vojvodina - but obviously they don't have gypsy mentality of Kosovo Albanians)

^ no, not 100%, you first stated why should serbs have kosovo considering its 90% population, deemed by you as a headache for serbian government. I said, it reminds me of Thaci's comment he said to tadich that Albanians are like a cancer that needs to be cut away. I said that a cancer will die if it isn't fed.

Another thing half German guy, is Vojvodina 90% Hungarian? Nope if that were the case europe would have made sure years ago that it was within Hungary's borders.

Haha I am saying you(if you're Kosovo Albanian) got gypsy mentality, not that you're gypsies(not that Kosovo Serbs have a lot better) and I am saying that this must be one of the reason why those smarter Albanians swapped Kosovo for Belgrade, plus they can have some education and so-so decent job unlike in Kosovo where you're destined to be shepherd or hemp farmer

Haha Serbs have the right to be infuriated with the Albanians, you should know this. We've been over this many times. What a few individuals say is nothing compared to the actions of an entire-nation. And the actions of the Serbian nation proves our civility.

^So 1500 Albanians living in Belgrade shows that the whole of Serbia is civil? Keep in mind this is Belgrade which is probably the most liberal part of the country. Not all people are redneck racists. I guarantee you serbs live comfortably in Prishtina as well. Serbs visit the Albanian Adriatic coast every summer. They obviously feel safe. My point was that people can get along fine but you guys turn it into Serbs are better than Albanians..haha.
