BANJA LUKA -- Republic of Srpska (RS) President Milorad Dodik said on Saturday that Bosniaks were committing “self-genocide” by constantly claiming they were victims. “Nobody is threatening them. The RS and Serbs did not commit genocide in the past. Genocide was committed against us in Jasenovac and in other places, which was supported wholeheartedly by (Bosnian chief mufti) Mustafa Ceriæ’s predecessors,“ he told reporters. The RS president noted that a “huge crime” happened in the war in Bosnia-Herzegovina and that individuals who had committed it needed to be put on trial. “The fact that Mustafa Ceriæ is dealing with politics shows that the role of the Islamic Community in Bosnia-Herzegovina is completely negative in this society,” he said, adding that the religious community should stay outside politics and the government. According to him, the Islamic Community has enabled extreme Muslim groups, such as Wahhabis, Salafists and others, to operate freely in the country. “All terrorist attacks that happened here were done by members of the radical Wahhabi movement,” Dodik said. www.b92.net/eng/news/region-article.php?yyyy=2012&mm=06&dd=03&nav_id=80574

Tomislav Nikolic, new Serbian president, denies Srebrenica genocideNewly elected Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic told reporters that the mass killing of thousands in the Bosnian town of Srebrenica in 1995 was "no genocide," instead describing the systematic deaths of 8,000 Muslim men and boys there in terms of "grave war crimes," reported Al Jazeera. Nikolic, appearing on Montenegrin state television in an interview recorded earlier this week, admitted that "grave war crimes were committed by some Serbs, who should be found, prosecuted and punished," but said it "is very difficult to indict someone and prove before a court that an event qualifies as genocide," according to Al Jazeera.-- His comments are likely to stir the region's simmering ethnic and religious divides a month before the Bosnia prepares to mark the 17th anniversary of the massacre. Nikolic has said he will not attend the ceremony, reported CBC News. www.globalpost.com/dispatch/news/regions/europe/120602/tomislav-nikolic-new-serbian-president-denies-srebrenica-genocid

Genocide is not even defined. People confuse genocide with ethnic cleansing. EC is still terrible but not the same thing. I don't think the last war involved genocide. However DodiG and Nikolic should pause when they accuse others of using propaganda and inflated victim numbers to justify their own views of themselves as victims. In my humble estimation Serb mouthpieces have perfected this craft of deception. I just see a double standard when Serbs get angry when critics use the " thousands of victims in srebrenica" but the whine about " hundreds of thousands" in jasenovac. There is a twisted irony here which is why I can't really take the Serbs seriously when the cry about anti-serb propaganda. Welcome To our world hope u enjoy it.

FOX NEWS ALERT!!!!! Serbia's new president revives Balkan tensionsBELGRADE, Serbia – Serbia's new nationalist president has been in office for less than a week and he's already rocking fragile Balkan stability and casting doubt over his proclaimed pro-European Union policies.-- In Brussels, the office of EU's Foreign Policy chief Catherine Ashton condemned Nikolic's comments Monday, saying that "the EU strongly rejects any intention to rewrite history." Spokeswoman Maja Kocijancic said that "the massacre in Srebrenica was a genocide ... a crime against all of humankind. - Nikolic also told a German newspaper that Croatia's border town of Vukovar, which was bombed to the ground by the Serb-led army during the country's war for independence in 1992, was in fact a "Serb town." - The war in the former Yugoslavia claimed more than 100,000 lives and left millions homeless. The United States and its EU allies have sought to foster harmony in the region !!, encouraging the Balkan states to put the past behind them and work together to join the EU. - While campaigning, Nikolic — a former right-wing extremist who supported Milosevic's war campaigns — claimed to have become a conservative populist who supports Serbia's integration into the EU. But his resurgent nationalism has triggered alarm in the region and could derail Serbia's EU membership bid. -- "If Boris Tadic, the (former) Serbian president, has already been to Srebrenica, if he condemned the crime in Srebrenica, if the Serbian parliament has done the same, then why would I revive that issue again?" Nikolic asked. - whole article: www.foxnews.com/world/2012/06/04/serbia-new-president-revives-balkan-tensions/

the bosniaks are not a people, they're serbs. One could not commit 'genocide' against one's own people.
secondly, women and children were famously let free, only men were killed, the aim of genocide is to exterminate the entire population, not just some.

Shiptars did exactly the perverted vision you imagine in 1999 when albanians dead from NATO bombs in Kosovo blame the Serbs.

Since when do they care? A whole caravan of Albanians "refugees can be blown to smithereens by NATO bombs and they'll still ignore to defend their cause. (this happened a few times) +80% of the Alb population in Kosovo is poisoned from the depleted toxicity of the bombs, they're doing us a favor by occupying this land for now.

Boy, You watching "RussiaToday" too much! No actually, I've been reading too many UN documents and Human Rights Watch papers. You're own government doesn't even deny it, they just want it kept hush hush so they don't do testing. You animals have no regard for your own youth, nevermind anyone else.

You can learn something if you just read OFFICIAL document/papers, and not some opinion-article written by an Albanian farmer.
