Is the pronunciation of FYROMian letters (=ky=q) and ƒ (=gy=gj) due to an Albanian influence?

As far as I know FYROMians pronounce ќ as kj (ky in English) and not as Serbian ć and ѓ as gj (gy in English) and not as Serbian đ which could be due to an Albanian or Vlach influence.
