.... without KFOR's request. LOL. “Army won't act without KFOR request” 15 January 2008 | 12:01 | Source: Tanjug BELGRADE, VIENNA -- Dragan Šutanovac says that the Serbian Army (VS) will only conduct operations in Kosovo if asked by KFOR. The army “will not carry out any operation in Kosovo, unless there is a call from KFOR,” the defense minister said. “According to the Resolution (1244 of the UN Security Council), we cannot enter Kosovo without KFOR's request, and I expect KFOR to be effective enough to prevent any kind of destabilization,” Šutanovac said. He told daily Blic that the chief interest of the international community, Serbs and Albanians alike was to make sure that there were no new conflicts in the province. “Personally, I believe that KFOR is a partner, regardless of the rhetoric against it in Serbia,” he said. Trade Minister: Serbia not preparing embargoPredrag Bubalo says that Serbia is not preparing a trade embargo for Kosovo in the event of an independence declaration. Bubalo told Vienna daily WirtschaftsBlatt that Serbia would sign the Stabilization and Association Agreement with the European Union only if it was accepted as a sovereign country, reiterating that the international community had set Serbia many conditions. “We are only asking one thing – for them to accept our sovereignty and territorial integrity,” Bubalo said.

With what will Serbian army invade anyway? pitchforks?
If they didnt succeed when they had resources during 1998, how will they succeed now when the Albanians are more prepared and given the fact that there is an international force there?
They know they are powerless when it comes to Kosovo.
Anderson from ICG Anderson says the Serb saber-rattling and talk of measures to blockade Kosovo is largely an exagerration of its capacity to do any real damage. "Serbia's ability to make life difficult for Kosovo has been overplayed." ;D
