We are almost neighbors. Albanians must be quite dumb if they don't know the surrounding geography. To be stupid is to attempt learning geography and failing constantly. This is not the case. There simply was little interest among our people for Romania and its location. The 19th century was a different case though.

Have any of you actually grown up, or even been to Albania.
Because you just sound like dumb, spoilt and ignorant diaspora, with hazy recolection of Albania. I mean it is the same with most people in all the former Yugo forums.

There simply was little interest among our people for Romania and its location. The 19th century was a different case though. The word stupid is also used for those who choose ignorance. You can't argue that your people didn't know the location of Romania because they held little interest in the country. I'm sure that your people had some interest in Serbia; and if they looked at Serbia on the map, they would've noticed that it borders Romania to the east. Or, if they had an interest in any of the countries that Romania borders, they would have spotted the country. You can say that Romania is nothing special and not worthy knowing, but it's not like you can decide not to be interested in a country, and as such, make any attempt to not try to see it on the world map. An American who holds little interest in Southeastern Europe can argue that his ignorance is based on not holding a high interest in the region. But an Albanian, who belongs to the same region as we do, cannot argue such a thing. No, the issue here is something else. Perhaps it is so that your people are a bunch of dumbasses. You are not a dumbass. Mimi, Teuta, and scumbag Melty are not dumbasses, either. Coincidentally, you have all been raised in Western Europe.

It's not necessarely a matter of 'choosing' ignorance about a specific matter. Some things just don't interest you.
Look, I'm not trying to act like we're "all that" and because of this, we did not know anything about "unworthy" Romania. In Yugoslavia, during the old days, many people in Croatia and Slovenia couldn't even pinpoint Kosova on the map! Imagine that .. and these weren't different countries; Kosova was within the same federation as the above two former Yugoslav republics. Albanians were exclsively associated with patissery-owners from Gostivar, Macedonia.
Now the thing with the map was just an example. I said 'hazy recollection'; this doesn't mean that they couldn't point out Romania on a map if their life so depended on it. Rather, Romania was of little interest because during the Yugoslav era, the life standards in YU were better than in Romania (and Albania, and Bulgaria), and as for he Albanians of Albania; they were too isolated to develop an inferiority complex towards Romania. And now that the borders are open, I think there are other countries than just Romania, with whom we've always been a little distanced from, to be jealous of. In other words, my reaction was towards Diur's narcissist perception of Albanians having some sort of subconscious inferiority complex towards Romanians ... I can honestly say that I and those close to me never did feel in such a way ... and that I personally don't have an inferiority complex towards anyone.
One of the most civilised and articulate member of these forums is/was Arpagjiku, born and raised in Prizren, Kosova. The same with Kaoni, another intelligent former member who was born and raised in Vlorë, Albania. Same with Arbanois. The same with many. One of the smartest but also altruistic people I've ever had the chance to acquaint and befriend is born and raised in Kosova and still lives there. Infact, most of these hardcore kids you classify as "dumbasses" have been, infact, raised in Western Europe or the US/Canada. So your 'conclusion' is flawed.
You're a cleaver kid Anittas, I'll give you that. So you should know that generalizations don't always work. It comes down to individuals oftenly, and these individuals aren't always static. Depending on how you treat them or how they perceive that you treat them, they will react in the anner which they see fit.

Now I agree with you and I'll also confirm that I've never noticed Albanians showing an infeority complex towards Romanians. Who the hell would feel that towards us, anyway? We watch the monkey eating its banana at the zoo and wish we were in its place.
Look, I got nothing against Albanians. As I've been said before: I have a good impression of Albanians. It's just that those idiots get on my nerves and I want to hurt them, somehow. If we could only synchronize your objectives in this forum...well, imagine Yoda and Darth Vader working together.

Hahhahahhaha.
OK, I promise that I won't allow more of that h-t anymore ... not that I 'allowed' it earlier, but I just don't have the nerves to filter out all the sh-t being said,

Thanks. Let's see how things develop, altough I want to point out that our main task should not be to put them down or censor them, but to grow them into men. Aadmin has tried something similar with his Hellenistic wisdom, but he has failed. I think that's the reason why we see him post so rarely.

Well, that's a far harder task, one which cannot be achieved over the net.

Good for you, Teuta! Bordura, sorry, I missed your post. In reply to this: That comment was a tongue in cheek directed at Aadmin (I keep hoping he reads all my posts). A long time ago, to be more exact--4-and-a-half years back, I used to be one of the most political corrected posters. So what happened? Well, let's see. Aadmin tried to discredit my arguments because of my political correctness. Desire called me boring and the Bulgarians called me naive and that I wasn't a real Romanian. Most of the Albanians and the Greeks laughed at me. I then decided to become what you all yearned for, so here I am: ready to be loved.

so here I am: ready to be loved. You are delusional, Anittas. Love cannot possibly come out of a computer. For love you need a creature with warm breath, sweet voice, intelligent eyes and a big heart. In other words, a cat.
