Is there a valid reason that you mention the valley ? What good would it actulay bring Kosovo ? Apart of course that there are Albanians there, but is there any benifit ?

Serbians wanting to live in Serbia, just like Albanians want to live in Kosovo.
Best would be to not touch the borders but if you do it one side, you definitely have to do it on the other side, and that would open other cases such as Bosnia, Macedonia, etc.

Exactly the borders have been touched and new ones redrawn so your comment "If you do it for one side you definatley have to do it on the other side" is true which is why i think Partition is the way forward.

Duh, the negotiators offered partition to both parties...it was the serbs who rejected partition first. But we know why they did. Partition included the partition of Preshevo and the two other Albanian cities near Kosova border.
Well too little too late...NO PARTITION, unless serbs agree to release Preshevo/B/M -Albanian cities to Kosova ..otherwise, forget it. IF serbia is allowed to rule over several hundred thousand Albanians in southern serbia, then Albanians are allowed to rule over 1 hundred thousand serbs in kosova. and, it is just like that.
