Most of those citations are pure
“History testifies that the Romanians have lived a long time in close contact with the Bulgarians, which have spread their power in the lands beyond the Danube. To this concomitance the Romanians owe their civilization in the Middle Ages.”

In Flanders during the 17th century, the most common description of a handsome and tall lad or simply of good man was "un bon bulgar"from the dictionary of phylosophy by Voltaire
Now, I went to research on what Voltaire did say about your people, and this is what I found: Voltaire said much more than that, but I guess citing selectively is your strong suit.
It is singular that these barbarians, who could neither write nor read, should have been regarded as very knowing heretics, with whom it was dangerous to dispute.
Note: I also searched for "Flanders" and found nothing. What do you mean you found nothing about Flanders?! The same for this supposed French description "un bon bulgar". If you google the latter, you will find in the book translated from ancient Armenian to Bulgarian, results posted on forums: most of them in Bulgarian.
I find it difficult in finding academical sources to this mysterious "Prof. Geza Fecher". Fehér Géza is Hungarian archaeologist who works in Bulgaria between 1922-44 and is a member of the Bulgarian Science academy and Bulgarian archeologists. The same goes for "Hugas Indejedijan" (7 results), The Armenian traveller notes on Balkans you can read translated in Bulgarian from ancient Armenian : www.knijarnitzabg.com/chuzhdi-patepisi-za-balkanite-tom-5-armenski-patepisi-za-balkanite-xvii-xix-vek-sbornik, if not you can read it in original Armenian. As to why you cannot find on Google, it is because is a
collection of travelogues by Armenian authors of the Balkans for the period XVII - XIX century. The in depth research is not just reading articles on Google you know Abu Hamid al Aldalusi (10 results). Also known as Abu Hamid Al-Garnati www.medievalnubia.info/dev/index.php/Abu_Hamid_al-Andalusi and another link to his works: archive.aramcoworld.com/issue/201502/travelers.of.al-andalus.part.ii.abu.hamid.al-garnati.s.world.of.wonders.htm
So all the authors are real people, as for the quotes, it takes enormous effort, enthusiasm and will to go through the massive amount of work in order to collect and synthesise information and data from foreign travellers and researchers. The people who did the research had collected the quotes and dismissing them by simply googling an information which may not even be translated or digitized for your convenience suggest shallowness and stupidity. Firstly to be taken seriously refine your research methods and dig deeper. No offence.
My guess is that you found these citations on some forum and thought to yourself that you'd show us what your people are made of: and you have shown us--you are LIARS.
