The famous music star Madonna will soon become the owner of a villa in an exclusive complex Astra Montenegro currently being built at Cape Zavala near Budva. The luxury apartment will not be a present from the general sponsor of the concert “Mirax Balkan” as it was previously assumed, but the pop icon will buy it herself.
The popular singer will most probably buy one of the most beautiful Madonna
apartments and her neighbors will be celebrities from Russia-influential politicians with wives, showbiz stars, popular rock and pop musicians, painters, actors. The smallest apartment in these villas has 89 square meters, while the whole area covers 94,000 square meters, so the value of the whole project exceeds 200 million Euros.
“The company “Mirax” will not give Madonna villa as a present, since we are a commercial company, which sells apartments. We don’t want to disclose information about our clients, since they are purchasers. They are the most successful and the richest people who are delighted with Montenegro and its beauty. Although they might increase our sales, we are not allowed to talk about them,” Vjeceslav Lejbman, Director of Russian “Mirax” for the Balkans region, said for “Tanjug”. The company is currently building an exclusive tourist complex with 25 luxurious villas and the highest class hotel with over 20 stories.
Numerous apartments in a complex often named by Montenegrins “Russian village” have already been sold out and if Madonna becomes the owner of one of million-dollar villas, she will definitely be the best promoter of this complex, as well as of the whole Montenegrin tourism. If it comes true, the pop-icon will enjoy her villa which includes health center, fitness and spa center, zoo, shops, casino, yacht basin, zones for relaxation and entertainment.
“I still don’t have any reliable information related to Madonna’s villa,” Aleksandar Rados, the spokesman of Madonna’s concert in Budva, said and confirmed that the day before and after the spectacle at Jaz there will be a rich music program as well.
“As part of Madonna’s concert there will be DJs and other music bands and the list of performers will be released in several days,” Rados explained, so the audience at Jaz will be able to enjoy a three-day party. The most probable performers of the first day will be popular groups from Russia and Serbia (“Van Gogh”), while DJs will entertain the audience the day after the concert. Several hundreds of Russian millionaires will arrive in Montenegro for Madonna’s concert.
Two-hour performance at Jaz
Madonna’s concert will be held on September 25 at Jaz Beach and over 2,000 VIP tickets for 200 Euros have been available for sale, and the same number of fan-ring tickets for 70 Euros. The cheapest places further from the stage cost 35 Euros. Over 35,000 tickets have been sold so far, while the total number of the tickets printed for the pop-queen’s concert in Budva is 70,000 tickets. Her concert at Jaz is planned to last two hours.
