Deripaska tužio Vladu Crne Gore

Vlasnik Kombinata aluminijuma, Centralno evropska kompanija(CEAC), iza koje stoji ruski milijarder Oleg Deripaska, traži oko 300 miliona eura odštete od Crne Gore, jer smatra da Vlada nije prikazala realno stanje i vrednost imovine KAP-a, pišu danas podgorièke Vijesti.
Rusi su zatražili meðunarodnu arbitražu u Frankfurtu koja je predviðena kupoprodajnim ugovorom, tužbenim zahtevom protiv Vlade Crne Gore i državnih fondova po više razlièitih osnova u vezi sa kupovinom KAP-a, ali i Rudnika boksita, ali i naknadu štete.
Osnovni razlog zbog kojeg Rusi tuže Vladu i fondove je navodno pogrešno utvrðeno èinjenièno stanje u bilansima vezano za stanje u fabrici i vrednost imovine koju su kupili.
Procenu KAP-a uoèi privatizacije obavila je revizorska kuæa "KPMG", a nakon što je Deripaskina kompanija preuzela upravljanje, veæ 2006. godine je angažovala kuæu "Dilojt" èiji se revizorski nalaz umnogome razlikovao od prvobitne procene.
Ministar za ekonomski razvoj Branimir Gvozdenoviæ rekao je "Vijestima" da je arbitražni zahtev koji je podneo vlasnik KAP-a, po njegovom uverenju, neosnovan.
"Moj lièni utisak je da pokretanje arbitražnog postupka nije motivisano ubeðenjem kupca da je njegov zahtev osnovan. Kupac je želeo da pokrene i formalno sva pitanja za koja procenjuje da mu mogu ojaèati pregovaraèku poziciju u ukupnom setu odnosa sa m i lokalnim partnerima", rekao je Gvozdenoviæ.
S druge strane, kako je naveo Gvozdenoviæ, pojedinaène reakcije javnosti, uzrokovane pogrešnim tumaèenjem uslova kupoprodaje KAP-a, posebno cena elektriène energije, kupac verovatno doživljava kao animozitet, pa, moguæe, time želi da pokaže neutemeljenost takvog odnosa.
Gvozdenoviæ je rekao da æe Vlada, "polazeæi od znaèaja KAP-a za crnogorsku privredu", nastojati da razumno reši nastali problem.
Rusi su KAP i Rudnike boksita preuzeli u decembru 2005. godine, nakon što su za 65,4 odsto akcija aluminijumske kompanije, 32 odsto akcija nikšiæke firme i koncesije za rudu platili ukupno 58,5 miliona evra.
Oni su bili dužni i da vrate odreðene dugove, meðu kojima i poveriocima od oko 90 miliona, rekao je Gvozdenoviæ.
Rusi veæ poodavno ukazuju da nisu zadovoljni poslovanjem u Crnoj Gori, pre svega zbog nerešenog problema snabdevanja strujom na duži rok.
