but had lost power around the same time as he actually died and the same developments occurred which marked the break of Yugoslavia, what would he say? Who, in his mind, would be most at fault? What do you think he would have recommended for the people of ex-Yugoslavia in terms reconciliation and progression?

Not just those three.. Hell, the entirety of what is Former SFRJ needs some of it. Some areas more than others, but its sad when you look at us, and how idiotic we've become, just for a few douchebags that wanted to profit from a war that made no sense.

He would have recommended that there are no "republics" but only regions/counties within yugoslavia... making the whole territory and secession issues alot more ambiguous.
