I think from now on this will be the new thread to list and post all the latest attacks on Roma cigany, as these type of incident is now becoming increasingly popular. This will be known as the war on Roma terrorism. So far 8 gypsies have been killed past all year, plus i think there would be more to come in the future.

Two killed in attack on Roma houses in Hungary BUDAPEST, Nov 3 (Reuters) - Two Roma people were shot dead in an attack on two houses in a Hungarian village on Monday, politician Viktoria Mohacsi, an advocate of Roma rights, said. Police said they were investigating the attack in the village of Nagycsecs in northeastern Hungary in which a 43-year-old man and a woman, 40, were killed by shots fired through a window. Police did not say the victims were Roma, but Mohacsi, a Free Democrat Member of the European Parliament and a Hungarian of Roma origin, said the attack was on Roma families living on the outskirts of the village. The unknown attackers also threw firebombs at the homes. Police said the motive for the attack was not yet known. Mohacsi, who visited the village on Monday, demanded police carry out a swift inquiry into the attack and similar attacks on Roma communities in the recent past. "I hope the death of two people will finally prompt the authorities to show responsibility in examining racist motivation," Mohacsi told Reuters. Justice Minister Tibor Draskovics said a special investigation unit would be set up to handle the case. Hungary has one of the largest Roma communities in eastern Europe, accounting for 5-7 percent of the population of 10 million. Attacks on Roma families have increased this year. In June, firebombs were thrown at three Roma houses in Patka, west of Budapest. In July, shots were fired at three Roma houses in Galgagyork, a village near Budapest, state news agency MTI reported. No one was injured. (Reporting by Krisztina Than; Editing by Janet Lawrence) www.alertnet.org/thenews/newsdesk/L391425.htm[glow=red,2,300]03 November 2008.[/glow]

Grenade attack kills two in Hungary Budapest - A Roma couple were killed in their sleep when a hand grenade was thrown through the window of their house in southern Hungary, authorities said Wednesday. A 37-year-old man and his 31-year-old wife died in the blast late Tuesday in the town of Pecs. Two of their three children were slightly injured. Police were quick to dismiss the idea that the attack was racially motivated. The case was probably a Mafia-style revenge killing, county police spokesman Peter Zsobrak said on Hungarian television. He said police had found no evidence of a link to a November 3 attack in north-eastern Hungary that left two Roma dead. In that case, a man and a woman died in a hail of gunfire after petrol bombs were thrown into two houses in the village of Nagycsecse. Roma, or Gypsies, make up about 7 per cent of Hungary's population of 10 million. Anti-Gypsy sentiment has risen over the past two years, most visibly with marches through Roma communities by the extreme nationalist Hungarian Guard, a uniformed paramilitary organization. www.earthtimes.org/articles/show/....in-hungary.html[glow=red,2,300]19 November 2008.[/glow]

Roma father, 5-year-old son shot dead in Hungary BUDAPEST, Feb 23 (Reuters) - A father and his 5-year-old son were shot dead in an attack on a Roma family home in Hungary on Monday, and two children were injured when the house caught fire, local news agency MTI reported citing local police. The attack in Tatarszentgyorgy, a village 65 km (40 miles) southeast of Budapest, is the latest in a series on Roma houses in which seven people have died over the past year. Peter Papp, criminal director of the county police, told MTI that a preliminary autopsy report showed the father and his son were shot dead. Two other children were hurt in the blaze. Viktoria Mohacsi, a Roma Hungarian member of the European Parliament, told Reuters after visiting the scene that the two Roma were shot as they were trying to escape the house. Local and national police declined comment, saying it was too early to give any details. It was not immediately known whether the attack was racially motivated, but Mohacsi said Monday's attack resembled similar ones on Roma elsewhere in Hungary over the past year. "I believe this (fire) could not have been caused by anything other than a petrol bomb," Mohacsi said. "My assumption is that this attack was racially motivated," she added. Erno Kallai, ombudsman in charge of national and ethnic minority rights, said in a statement that attacks on Roma people were alarming and he would raise this in parliament on Tuesday. "In the past year there have been over 10, or according to some opinions even more, violent crimes committed against Roma families or their houses," Kallai said. "A common feature of these cases is ... that perpetrators are still unknown," he added. Hungary has one of the largest communities of Roma, also known as gypsies, in eastern Europe, making up 5 to 7 percent of the 10 million population. A deepening recession and job losses is stoking resentment against the Roma in Hungary and has led to a strengthening of the far-right which fights against what it says is a rise in "Roma crime." yes i read it on Kuruc.info, as for Bogdan Jeno and Bogdan Janos it's interesting that they regard themselves a Roma, because they dont look Roma at all, they are a bit of white coloured skin. The grenade they used is of Yugoslav product.
I think all those incidents on Roma families is a very smart provocative move for Roma to cause a civil war in Hungary caused by another Roma who is a member of the Roma government, pointing their finger towards Hungarians and Magyar Garda as extremist racist. Mohacsi Viktoria went as far as saying all those attack on Gypsies is a racist attack cause by Hungarians. i wouldnt be surprised at all if Gyurcsany is behind all this planning, his recent goal had made Hungary on the edge of bankruptcy, probably this is his next goal...to plunge Hungary into civil war, szemet tovaj maffiozso. 150 Roma marching in Siofok, provocating the Roma to cause a civil war, causing the death of Kozma, attacking the son of Sesum who is the leader of the Arkan para militia which he sent Arkan serbs to Hungary with black Audi or Mercedes, is all a planned conspiracy. What do u recon Yeni? correct me if im wrong.

But they seemed to be normal more or less integrated ppl im curious what was their motive to do this. nah i don't believe in conspiracy theories and forget that Arkan thing it was myth started by a Romanian newspaper but the parents of Sesum denied the allegations, the father is an economist who works for an agricultural company... and there wont be civil war, the worst thing what could happen is probably a few anti-gypsy pogroms in some villages but i even doubt that. Hungarians are very peaceful and patient ppl. and how would that retard Gyurcsany benefit from a civil war? he is just an incompetent idiot i think you expect too much from him. you just have too active imagination, thats my opinion

I think their motive was to take power over their Gypsy tribe, probably some sort of Cigany royal conflict cause by different royal factions.
That's right pogrom, well some time pogrom is justified not on innocent gypsies though but on criminal gypsy sub-humans.
eerm not the younger generation Yeni, they are quite rough. Older generation yes.
the same way how he could benefit Hungary on the edge of Bankrauptcy and cause more interest rates debt on Hungary.
All i can say is that he is far more worst than Megyesi Peter, i dont know why this retard Megyesi stand down pass his power over to another who is more retarded.
Im very cautious yes...i use too many wisdom to analyised the situation.

Hungary must change treatment of Roma - president * Petrol bomb thrown on abandoned house * Attacks on Roma increase since economic crisis BUDAPEST, Feb 28 (Reuters) - The global economic crisis has increased the urgency for Hungary to change the treatment of its Roma population after a series of attacks on the minority, President Laszlo Solyom said on Saturday. Attacks on Hungary's Roma, which make up about 5-7 percent of the 10 million population, have increased since the crisis, with some analysts saying the Roma had become a target for frustration over slowing economic growth. "The financial and economic crisis is a watershed," Solyom told the daily Nepszabadsag in an interview. "It is a shock to society the end of which we cannot yet see, nor assess its outcome." Citing Roma rights advocate Gyula Raffael late on Saturday, news agency MTI reported that a petrol bomb was thrown on an abandoned house in Tatarszentgyorgy, 65 km (40 miles) southeast of Budapest, near the scene of a similar attack on Monday. MTI said one person received medical treatment. A police spokesman could not immediately be reached for comment. Earlier this month more than 1,000 supporters of the far-right Jobbik party, which opinion polls showed gaining ground over smaller parties, staged a protest in Budapest against what they say is a rise in crimes committed by the Roma. Hungary's economy, which averted collapse only by way of a $25.1 billion IMF-led loan in October, is expected to fall into a recession of up to 3.5 percent this year. Unemployment rose to 8.4 percent in November-January intensifying rivalry in hard-hit sectors such as construction, where unskilled Roma could in the past find work. "The relations between the Roma and majority society is a strategic problem for the future not just in Hungary, but from the Czech Republic to the Balkans as well," Solyom said. "It is a fact that the majority of the Roma have emerged as the losers of regime change (in 1990). It remains to be seen whether they also become the losers of the crisis." In an earlier attack on the Roma, a man and his five-year-old son were shot dead on Monday in Tatarszentgyorgy. It was not known if Monday's attack was racially motivated but Roma community leaders said it was similar to other attacks and was an indication of systemic aggression against Roma. Solyom said it was too early to determine the motives behind recent attacks, but that they were a wake-up call for Hungary. 'the Bogdan family name is very typical among Romas, especially among the "beás" gypsies, who speak an archaic Romanian dialect. True Hungarian gypsies(romungro) really cause few problems, you don't hear of names like... lakatos, duna, farkas, bihari in the news. Its always foreign names like bogdan, as you said, sztojka ivan, raffeal, romulus that are causing all the trouble. .....control over the square ebbed and flowed during this time, with the Hungarians facing the difficulty of confronting the Romanians sheltering behind the armoured vehichles of the army. The Romanians began to advance again. Then, at about 20:00, small parties of young men began to arrive with silent steps behind the Hungarian lines. They wore white so they would identify one another and they were well armed. The Hungarian-speaking gypsies of Marosvasarhely had arrived.....One of the gypsy leaders told me: "Mr. Kincses, should we not come and help the Hungarians, when we are Hungarian gypsies, and it hurts us if the Hungarians are being beaten!" "He added: "Today you, tomorrow us... www.emnt.org/dokumentumok/transylvanian-monitor-no40_march-2008.pdf

The Arkan claims are idiotic.
His paramilitaries are in jail, after his former associates killed Djindjic all members that actually posed a threat to anyone were thrown in jail.
Anyways. The only Serbian media to report this was Alo. A 16-page daily tabloid that costs less then .1€. I seriously doubt anything they report can be taken seriously.
Anyways as Yeni said his father works for an agricultural company.
Anyways in Serbia Alo has paid money to the Sesums to prevent a lawsuit for reporting obvious laws.
They basically used the fact that some one named Sesum owns one of the largest security agencies in Serbia to make absurd claims to sell newspapers.

Romani woman shot dead in HungaryA Romani woman was shot dead in the village of Kisléta in Eastern Hungary, early Monday morning. The 45-year-old woman's 13-year-old daughter was also seriously injured in the attack. Initial police reports suggest that the incident is related to a series of attacks targeting Romani communities in Hungary. Amnesty International has voiced concern about the growing number of attacks against the Romani community in Hungary and the failure of the police to investigate effectively. The organization said that it welcomed the decision that the killing and its apparent racial motive will be investigated by the Hungarian National Bureau of Investigation. The agency was established specifically to investigate serious crimes. Between January 2008 and June 2009, the European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC) documented 39 attacks against Roma and their property. Eight people have died in these attacks. 27-year-old Róbert Csorba and his five-year-old son were killed whilst fleeing their house which was set on fire in a suspected arson attack in Tatárszentgyörgy in February. Jenõ Kóka, a 54-year-old Romani man, was shot dead as he left his home to make his way to the nightshift in the local chemical factory where he worked in Tiszalök on 22 April. Last November, a man and woman were shot after their house was petrol bombed in Nagycsécs, a village in north eastern Hungary. The increasing number of attacks against Romani individuals and their homes has created a climate of fear and intimidation. "The Hungarian Government has firmly condemned the attacks against members of the Romani community," said Nicola Duckworth, Director of the Europe and Central Asia Programme of Amnesty International. "This is a welcome move, but what is most urgently required is an effective police investigation.” In the Tatárszentgyörgy case, the head of the local criminal department violated the rules of the investigation, according to a report issued by ERRC, the Legal Defence Bureau for National and Ethnic Minorities (NEKI) and the Hungarian Civil Liberties Union (TASZ). Amnesty International has voiced concern that there might be more cases of attacks that remain unreported and is urging the Hungarian authorities to take positive action to address underlying prejudices against the Romani community. In its 2009 Report on Hungary, the European Commission Against Racism and Intolerance noted that the "victims of such acts may often be reluctant to report the racist elements of violent offences against the person, whether owing to a sense of shame, due to fear of retribution, or because they feel it is unlikely that serious follow-up will be given to this aspect of a crime." www.amnestyusa.org/document.php?id=ENGNAU2009080411652&lang=e&rss=recentnews[glow=red,2,300]04 August 2009[/glow]
