Rajko Ubiparip, RS Minister of Economy, Energy and Development denied allegations how the Russian company did not pay for purchase of state-owned capital in Rafinerija nafte, Rafinerija ulja Modrièa and Banja Luka "Petrol”.
As confirmation Ubiparip presented statements of Nova banka Banja Luka where it could be seen that EUR 110.4mn were paid for state-owned share and 15.44mn for PIO Fund shares on 1 October. Documentation also shows that on 3 October Russian “Vnesheconombank” (Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs) opened a negotiation guarantee for "NefetgazInKora” benefiting RS Government in the amount of EUR 20mn.
On the other hand, RS Prosecutor will file charges in this case by the end of the year. (SEEBIZ)
