His Grace Bishop of Ras-Prizren and Kosovo-Metohija Artemije delivered a lecture titled "NATO at Work:The Case of Kosovo and Metohija" at the international conference entitled "Ukraine's Development towards NATO or Bloc-Free: Prospects and Risks", September 19-20, Somferopol, Crimea.
The objective of the conference was to discuss Ukraine’s partnership with NATO.

There are many reasons like Clinton and Lewinsky affair, Germany and the Vatican, NATO using the event to show itself, underworld money etc....I don't there is only one reason why it happened.

Something like that would lead to war in the Ukraine. Ukraine is currently in a tense poltiical situation, with an incompotent government that some accuse of electoral fraud. The south of the Ukraine (the main area of economic activity) is against Ukraine joining NATO and leaders from the south have threatened seccession should that become a reality.

^ Ukraine is still under Major Russian influence as it always will be. Putin will back the Secession, even the Crimean is already at its greatest extent of Autonomy, and has on several occassion threatened to secede and to rejoin the Russian Federation.
