Former Albanian guerilla leader in Macedonia threatens to restore his forces
Former commander of the Albanian National Liberation Army in Macedonia (ONA), Dzesair Saciri, said this dismantled organization could be restored in order to “protect the Albanian population from the Macedonian police”
(KosovoCompromise Staff) Friday, December 26, 2008
"We have our method of defense and I can say, without any doubt, that we have enough capacity to restore the former ONA", said Saciri, known under the nom-de-guerre "Commander Hoxha".
Saciri, who is on the run from Macedonian justice, gave the interview to an Albanian-language TV in the village of Tanusevci, near Skopje.
Tanusevci is a no-go zone for the Macedonian police and is considered to be a stronghold of the former guerilla and of all kinds of trafficking activities.

they should send in a special EU police force in albanian inhabited parts of macedonia to enforce the rule of law, and so macedonian police and government can function properly in these areas.
