Marko Botsari's children... Say...Do you happen to know what was their profession? His son's name was Dimitri... His daughter Rosa was a very beautiful woman... Rosa Katerina BotsariAlso,do you happen to know anything about his participation in the "Philike etairia"? Do you know who had killed his father,Kitso? The reason that i make these simple questions-and believe me i do know the answers-is that i dont really think that he had an alb national concience like some people say.The man was a bilingual greek.The answers to these questions prove his nationality.

The majority of those last name have a meaning in Albanian. Why every Albanian that has done something good for Greece has only Greek conscience, yet you guys claim that every greek in Albania has only Greek conscience, no Albanian conscience at all. It doesn't make sense.

Leshte:simply bcz albanians r greek haters.One cannot be albanian AND greek together.at least so far.since an albo gets his assimilation,he becomes greek and albanian no more.Assimilation process is a beach....

It's a matter of influence. Those who were and are Muslims carry names of Muslim origins, like Xhaferi (Tzaferis in Greek). Those of Orthodox confession would carry names of Orthodox nature,many of which are Greek. Yet I don't see anything distinctively Greek about Bocari! Or Bouboulina, which some explain through the Albanian word "bubullimë", thunder!

"Bouboulina" isn't her real surname. Her real name was Laskarina Pinotsi...her husband's surname was Bouboulis and according to the greek habit she was called "Bouboulina".(see Palaiologos-Palaiologina etc).

I know her real name wasn't Bouboulina. That doesn't matter though, because her husband was an Arvanit too. Her father's name was Stavro(s) Pinoci; this surname too sounds suspiciously Albanian.

Πώς να σκωθώ, μωρέ παιδιά, και πως να αναβλέψω;
Έχω μολύβι στην καρδιά, και βόλια στο κορμί μου.
Κι ανάμεσα στο στήθος μου είμαι μαχαιρωμένος.

Donnie, lets say that me and Leandros create a "secret society"(something like Philiki Etaireia) having as goal to free all the enslaved Greek lands...and anybody firstly has to swear in the name of Hellas...will you join? Why anyone should join if he isn't or doesn't feel Greek?

Its like us claiming Mehmet the conquerer since he was ethnically greek. Big deal...at the end of the day he stormed constaninople and overthrew the byzantines.
Our albo friends cant see it that way...
The reason is that we have too many hero's and they only have a handful. So that is the reason why they cling to everything albanian even the ones that fought for greece while we despise and do not acknowledge the greeks that fought for the turks. That is the difference..
bottom line is we are beating on a dead horse....lets stick a fork in it and call it a day.
