Their not Arberesh, their dialect is closer to modern Alb than those of the Arberesh. They are Albanian Orthodox Christians who decided in the 18th century to fight for a power that matched their own faith... They performed very well in the Russian army and were given good plots of land in Ukraine. Funny enough today they underwent a national movement more in line with our own considering they hold up a photo of Ismail Qemali among other national figures, you wont find Arberesh doing that. They stop at Scanderbeg.

I know this migration was much later but its a similar trend as those of 15-16th century.

Yea but its too far into the Ottoman period to be called "Arbers" . Those are of the middle ages.
